Let's Set The Record Straight

Let's assume for a moment that Joran is telling the truth. Let's assume that Natalee Holloway drank herself to death on that last night on Aruba. Let's assume that it eventually resulted in her death from alcohol poisoning. Let's assume that Joran and the Kalpoe's had absolutely nothing to do with how and why Natalee died.

Now let's look at the facts as Joran laid them out in his interview.

1.) Natalee was assumed to be so drunk or drugged or both that she was soon to expire. Joran took her somewhere (the beach in his own words), and made sexual contact with this practically dead person. She was hours or even minutes away from death so we can safely assume that if she had been consuming alcohol all day long that by the time she wound up with Joran on that beach that she was NOT coherent.


The comments that she supposedly made to Joran about her mother and slaves in Alabama pretty much prove that Natalee was not in control of her behavior for some reason. This was not a person known by others throughout her history to speak in the manner in which she spoke to Joran in the car that night. Joran chose to have sexual contact with a girl who was unable to give rational consent to having any sexual contact with him or anyone else.

2.) We have assumed that Natalee died as a result of her own abuse of substances...so she died. How can you rationalize that she DESERVED to be hidden for all time and that her family was to NEVER know where she disappeared to.... forever.

We have two crimes EVEN if Natalee died by her own hand (so to speak). We have sexual contact (admitted by Joran) with a person who could not give her consent. and we have the disposal of a human body. These are not small crimes. In most law abiding societies a woman has the right to give her consent to ANY sexual acts perpetrated upon her body and in most law abiding societies one human being can NOT dispose of another human body without a proper burial or reporting the death to the proper authorities.



These are serious crimes that carry with them punishment both here in the USA and under Dutch law.

Forget the moral implications of the above two illegal acts...forget the indignity of what happened to Natalee right before and after she may have died. What about the indignity to her family? Did they not have the right to know how their child passed away and where she is? Did they not have the right to bury her themselves with a funeral service of their choice and in a place that they selected for her final resting place? Would anyone expect any less if one of their loved ones passed away?

For the reasons stated above (without even knowing if any other crimes may have been committed) the truth needs to be told and the family of Natalee Holloway deserves justice. Natalee deserves justice whether or not she died by her own hand or at the hands of others.

It's time to STOP hiding and covering up and it's time to STOP excusing the behavior of whoever disposed of Natalee. It's time to STOP blaming Natalee herself not only for dying but for disappearing.

The truth needs to be told....I don't care who tells it or what their motives...it MUST be told so that this can come to a just end. That needs to happen for Beth and Dave's sake and for the sake of the Island of Aruba.

It needs to happen now because this is NOT simply going to fade away. The family and supporters of the Holloway/Twitty's and the supporters and citizens of Aruba deserve no less.

Let's end this....tell us the truth once and for all and stop the television sound bites and the pretend "Credible Witness" statements that came so long ago. Stop your smirking on the American television networks and your moronic utterances about "Critical Last Phases"....

Someone collect the reward and come forward and tell us what happened. We don't care if you are only doing it to make money, we don't care what your reasons are...JUST TELL US THE TRUTH and we will go away.

If you don't...we will haunt you and keep after you and this will NEVER end.
