The loophole that Hans Mos can use is to put Joran on as a witness based on DeVries secret recording of Joran's self confession. In Aruba law, the witness cannot lie about his own confession.
Being umemployed and unskilled, He is in his self-serving loop of lies and harsh realities. Joran will do anything and drugs, including confessions to get people's attention. ReplyDeleteWhile ALE would need a court order to record Joran surreptitiously, DeVries does not.
The Prosecutor then only has to verify the authenticity of this evidence, and he can use it against Joran in an Aruban court of law.
