It just shows that Aruba has long taken advantage of American tourists, and that even people who are " higher ups" are involved. This lady just wanted to go home, and got off the island ASAP. She is not surprised by what happened to Natalee. I can believe that someone in the gov't of Aruba would participate in anything from drugs to rape and murder.
