SUSPECT FOUND AND INTERROGATED IN CASE OF MISSING DUTCH WOMAN MARLIES VAN DER KOUWEN
- Suspect was released from prison a month ago.
- In 2002 he was convicted to eight years for raping a woman at Belnem, on Bonaire.
If the suspect was convicted to eight years for rape, then why was he on the streets only after 6 years?

Looks he was about Joran's age of 17 at the time his prior sex offense was committed. Now he's getting very enbolden and see if he can get away the rape and murder just like Joran.
Aruba used to have much influence over Bonaire under the former retired Aruban police. No anymore, said the local residents. It seemed like Aruba was still letting Joran loose by not enforcing their law. That's what got them into that mess.
Follow close to this Rayan rapist. He has the similar mindset of Joran. If the Bonaire police can find the body, Tim Miller can follow the same pattern and find Natalee's remains. Looks like the Dutch woman was strangled by the guy with his black belt during the rape.
Aruba lost their face when Mos offered his help and rejected by Bonaire police department. They said the Aruban police are too dirty and corrupt.
Aruba advised Bonaire government not to allow the American reporters involved in the investigation. Otherwise Bonaire will be destroyed by the hostile American media just like Aruba. Also, never let the woman's mother to speak, she will destroy Bonaire too.
The Bonaire police said they already talked to the woman's mother who was very helpful. And the police will not allow any visitors to see Ryann, the murder suspect. DNA samples had been taken and sent to USA for independent lab tests. Bonaire is more friendly and open to US.
The new Bonaire government have full authority. They have their own local judges and federal judges directly from Holland. They don't use some jerks like Rik Smid and Bob Witt. And the Bonaire government run the police department and take responsibility. Bonaire said Aruba is a very bad form of government because Aruba never report rapes and murders of the tourists.
Netherlands leans on abandoning Aruba to fix their financial crisis. Aruba has been such a trouble and burden for the Kingdom since 2005. Aruba is pondering Chavez's offer to be annexed into the Venzuela Commonwealth.
The Joran Scandal is a defeat for both Netherlands and Aruba in the current Dutch Kingdom's financial meltdown. The Dutch parliament are gathering votes behind to scene to enact a deed to seize the Queen's holdings in the Dutch oil company tax shelter, and liqudate the funds to save the Dutch economic market. The Dutch oil company has owed the deferred tax up to 200 billion dollars all in the queen's name because the royal throne is exempt from all taxes based on the Dutch constitution ammendment made after WW2 to welcome the queen back Canada to Hague for the rebuilding of the Kingdom's royal palaces and museums.
Rayan P. had visited Aruba and talked to some Aruban officials, according to his friends. There is a suspicion that Rayan P. may be working for Aruba to start troubles and shift the bad image to Bonaire. Aruba is very evil and
For some reason Oduber was saying Marlies, the missing Dutch woman, will never be found. Strange proposition.
The Bonaire judge charged Oduber that Aruba is living in a bubble.
The financial crisis in Netherlands shapes the Natalee Case in very unpredictable ways. The Dutch parliament have gathered enough votes to enact an instruction request on the Queen to release her tax deffered funds to the treasury and rescue the plunging Dutch economic market.
Joran is a silent pain to the whole Netherlands.
