Read this article first...the man is a complete tool. I actually laughed out loud at how poorly it was written, his misogynistic attitude, and his blatant errors in reciting the facts of the case. I'm actually embarrassed for him. This guy is a writer?

If one is presenting oneself as a journalist it should be expected (at the very least) that said journalist has his facts straight.

The two boys who he refers to as "natives of Aruba" are in fact from Surinam.


The boy he refers to as "Swedish" is in fact Dutch.


There is NO racism involved here as the Kalpoe brothers (those so-called "natives of Aruba") fired the first shot by filing their lawsuit prior to the Holloway/Twitty suit.


Also, the Holloway/Twitty families attempted to sue Joran van der Sloot (the Dutch boy) and his father in NYC several months ago. There was NO racism involved whatsoever. Because Natalee Holloway was a teenager and may have done what many teenaged girls do while on her graduation trip, does that mean that she deserved to die and disappear?


Not only is this article full of factual errors but it is totally lacking in compassion. Shame on this reporter and in the future I suggest that he refer to himself as a wannabe journalist since he obviously has no clue what it takes to write a fair and balanced article.

MERI'S BACK--HONEST LEGAL OPINION

I haven't had much to say as of late but I wanted to voice my opinion on a few things.

The Dr. Phil Show is filmed in the United States and therefore any civil wrong-doing that someone may have perpetrated during the course of that show and that might have harmed the Plaintiffs (the Kalpoe's in this case), will give them legal jurisdiction.


This is quite different from the lawsuit that was attempted in NYC regarding Joran and Paulus as the accusations of various crimes happened on Aruba and NOT in the USA. There was never any personal jurisdiction here in the USA and the suit could only be heard on Aruba (which I doubt would have ever happened having viewed their judicial system and how they interpret it).


There was also the closely knit relationships among the Judges (the Court) and the parties involved. I don't think that any lawsuit would be a success on Aruba regarding this case.


As for extradition; Ramm is right. You can't extradite on a Civil matter. It is difficult enough to extradite on a criminal matter where evidence is clear; especially where treaties are in place.


That is where Ramm and I part ways.....as for his association with BFN and some of the people there, we totally disagree and I find that many of them have a strange way of showing support for Natalee and her family.


I NEVER believed for one second that Ramm had any sort of legal background or knowledge, but he is entitled to his opinions no matter how different from my own. He does come across as if he is an "expert" on certain subjects which I find amusing but harmless. He, like many of us have no actual standing in this case and all we can do are the following: offer support, help with the boycott movement; or do research so that we can impart a better understanding of the particulars involving this case and the places and people in the cast of characters.


Truth be told, other than some very good articles on various Internet sites, this boycott site, and some kind and compassionate people who have stood alongside the family, most of us have contributed nothing.


We have shown our compassion in many ways and hopefully, that has been a help to the family as they go through this long, drawn-out, exhausting process of trying to find the truth as to what happened to Natalee Holloway.


There are a few people working on some areas that may someday bring some International attention to Natalee's plight, but that hasn't happened as of yet.


As for the Kalpoe's and their lawsuit....it isn't as frivolous as it may appear at first glance. I don't believe one single word that comes from the mouths of the Kalpoes'. Joran, Paulus and the rest of the bozos on Aruba, but I DO know that Dr. Phil messed up. He made some unsubstantiated claims on his show and he has not been able to prove what he said. He based his comments on a tape that may or may not have been flawed and was most definitely edited. That alone means that the Kalpoes' may actually have reason to believe that they were Civilly injured.


Even the FBI has not supported the veracity of the Skeeter's tape and therefore we have no idea who said what to whom and what was true or edited. I doubt that the case will ever go to Court for trial and I believe that the powers that be at The Dr. Phil Show will settle this case with the Kalpoe's.


Frankly, the thought of them profiting from this situation makes me feel sick but the law is the law and Dr. Phil did damage not only to the suspects but to the entire case when he butted in. He simply did not have enough facts (no one does except for those who know the truth). Therefore, he left himself and his show open for a Civil action.


I hate to quote a television show, but it makes sense to listen to what Gil Grissam of CSI says when he states, "We always follow the evidence". In this case, most of the evidence has been lost, destroyed or never gathered.


After all this time, I still believe that Joran, the Kalpoes, some of their other associates, his father and others on Aruba know what happened to Natalee and I do NOT believe the "I left her on the beach story".


Do NOT be shocked or surprised if the Kalpoe Brother's DO profit from their lawsuit....it is not much of a stretch to picture them winning some kind of settlement since Dr. Phil was careless and since the tape that he used on his show was edited. They can be as guilty as hell and still win their suit.....it all depends on what was said, how it was said, the intent of what was said and what evidence there is to back-up their claims.


If it can be proven that Dr. Phil based his comments on an unproven video and audio tape and that the tape was not used in it's true content...therefore inflicting harm on the Plaintiffs....BINGO.


I will feel ill if the Kalpoes' are victorious but I will not be surprised.

Boycotting is our Last Resort to Answers!

Many people have various theories about what happened to Natalee Holloway. Many good people are trying to support her family and come up with answers.


Unfortunately, for every good and kind-hearted individual there seems to be two or three with ill-will and the need to insult, criticize or bash the family (especially Beth who has taken the brunt of all the attacks).


Since I became involved in this case I have run into all sorts of people. I have been astounded at the intelligence and kindness of some and the utter meanness of others. It has been quite an experience.


The point was to try and help find answers...the point was to try to make the people who know what happened to Natalee talk...to bring peace to her family...the liars must take personal accountability and those involved should be brought to justice. Unfortunately, none of this is has happened.


Beth has lectured about safety to students, traveled to Holland and all over the USA, she has never given up on her daughter. Dave wrote a book that spelled out what he observed on Aruba, all for the purpose of finding answers...bringing their daughter home, finding peace of mind.


They are an example to all of us who want nothing more than to help them. They keep a lot of us going when we'd really like to quit out of frustration and fatigue. It's hard to quit when you see the parents putting forth so much effort. It makes you feel like you are abandoning these good people who want nothing more than what any parent wants...to know where their child is...what happened to her...why did it happen???


These are not unreasonable questions...they have a right to know.


I have run dry and hit a wall. I have no more to offer and no ideas to bring forth. I am out of words and it's time for me to step back and rejoin my family and my own life. I don't have any choice.


Before I go I want to say one more thing to all of you...the boycott is working. Tourism is down on Aruba and this grassroots movement is being felt. It is working. There is no miracle at work here...no magic bullet that will suddenly make liars tell the truth, make honest people out of dishonest ones. Life isn't like that.


But, there is THIS blog and what it stands for.


Michelle cannot continue to do this alone. She cannot abandon her family and work to pay for this boycott movement. She also cannot step away from it. She cares too much and she sees Natalee's face in all that she does when she thinks about how to help. She sees and speaks to Beth and she just can't let this go.


She shouldn't have to. Some of us have donated some money to pay for materials that Michelle sends out to advertise the boycott and keep Natalee's case in the public eye. It isn't enough. We have to do more. We can't let Michelle shoulder this burden all by herself.


She will NEVER post a blog asking for money. She hates asking for donations that simply cover the costs that she is putting out of pocket but I am not hesitant to ask all of you to help.


I believe that out of everything that I have seen, done, written or spoken about this is the ONLY thing that is working right now. The only chance to get the people on Aruba who know what happened to Natalee to come clean...to protect their livelihood and their Island and its dependence on TOURISM. Someone there will want to restore their Island to what it was before Natalee went missing. Someone will want to see the tourists come back in numbers as strong as they once were. Someone on Aruba will want this boycott to stop.


We can help by flooding the USA and other places with boycott material...make it known all over the land that we are serious about finding Natalee Holloway. The only way to do that is for people to send in donations and order material to show that you are behind the boycott movement...that you support it and want some answers from Aruba.


No one is asking for a set amount...whatever you can afford. I don't even know what the kits actually cost. I don't know what the postage costs but I would think that a $10.00 donation would cover it. If enough people would join the movement and get their boycott kits we could make a difference to Natalee and her family. We could at least try......if you can send more, that would be great. Whatever you can afford will help.


Write to Michelle at the address listed at the top of this blog site...it remains stationary so that people who want to join can do so. Let's show Aruba that we mean business, that Natalee is important to us and that her life means something.


Let's tell them that we want answers and as soon as we get them this will go away. They will be free and Natalee's family will be free. That isn't asking too much...we are all entitled to freedom and peace of mind. Please help give that peace of mind back to Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway.

A NEW DECISION--A RE-POST

In order to stay true to my real feelings, my dedication to the boycott (which is the only way to punish Aruba for their dirty deeds), and to offer an olive branch to Meri, I am going against the wishes of a family member...I am re-posting Meri's post from Oct. 2, 2006.


I can't assume Meri will care or forgive, but I'm putting it back up out of principle. Meri is right. Beth did email me and said that anyone is invited and it wasn't a secret meeting. Then all of a sudden it turned into a "secret" and egos went wild, and those that have worked hard got turned away or uninvited. I'm sorry to "choose camps", but I have to go with what is best in the long run. It's the people's choice to know and make their own observations and opinions for themselves.


After this, I am done with the entire matter. I don't need a big special security clearance meeting to get things done. I already have some huge campaigns in my head and in the works. Of course I'd like Meri back in the game with me, but I assume nothing until I hear otherwise.

There is a meeting planned for the end of this month with the family of Natalee Holloway. The meeting is not something that I wish to participate in nor do I believe that it will accomplish anything worthwhile.


The planners of the meeting are including some individuals who are not helpful to Natalee and her fate and excluding many who are helpful. I want nothing to do with this and feel it will bring nothing but negativity to many of us who have worked hard since Natalee disappeared. I have made my feelings known to Beth Twitty and that's the best that I can do at this point.


Once the meeting is over I will jump back in and do whatever I can to help. For now I feel it's better to step aside rather than to act out in anger and frustration at what I see as a very sad situation.


There will always be people who have their own personal agendas and their own selfish reasons for getting involved in cases like this one and nothing can be done about that so I have done what I feel is best for now and will pick up where I left off when the nonsense has passed. Natalee is always in my thoughts and my concern for Beth never ceases so I won't give up anytime soon.


I have faith that the boycott is moving forward well and that Michelle is doing everything possible to keep the momentum going. That's about the best that any of us can do right now.


Please continue to support this boycott and spread the word. It's very important that we do this as it appears that it's the only tool that we have to make Aruba take notice of our determination to find a solution to what happened to Natalee and who is responsible. I look forward to resuming my participation around the beginning of November when I don't have to deal with the constant attempts to sabotage our goals that are currently taking place.


In the past I have allowed myself to be a part of a Team that is being led by someone I no longer trust so I have removed myself from that situation and that's a step in the right direction. Others have also seen the light so we will be stronger and less encumbered by those who have a deep need to be the center of attention at a great cost to the people who are deserving of answers and to Natalee herself.


I look forward to submitting my article on Julia when I come back.

First, thank you to everyone who made comments. I appreciate all of them whether they agree with what I said or not. I respect and welcome freedom of speech and everyone's opinion.


I blogged what I did because I saw something that deeply upset me. I am NOT a hater or a bully and I would do nothing to divide Natalee's family. Everything that I have tried to do is FOR Natalee and her family...ALL members of her family.


I was saddened to learn and PROVE that some posters on Blogs For Natalee have been running around all over the Internet bashing Natalee's mother and making inappropriate remarks. I was sickened to see them posting at BFN and being praised and thanked by Natalee's Step-Mother. I don't know if the Administrator told Robin what was going on and asked her to post a supporting post about those people who have done harm or if she did it of her own volition.


I choose to believe that Robin Holloway believed in The Administrator of that blog and wanted to protect her and the members there. I choose to believe that Robin may not have been aware of some of the things that these people were saying elsewhere and away from that blog.


I HOPE that this was the case.


I HOPE that the Administrator didn't portray those people as friends and therefore cause Robin Holloway to thank the very people who are talking such trash about Natalee's mother. No matter what the real facts are about how that post from Robin happened I am really sad that it did happen and that the family was dragged into a battle that they should have been left out of. I


am sad that the Administrator felt the need to cause them to take sides against Natalee's mother via a very inappropriate post. I feel that if the Administrator had the best interests of the family in mind she would never have allowed those people to post on her blog after hearing what other people had to say about them and seeing what they have said elsewhere.


She was confronted on many occasions and refused to listen or do anything about the problem. As a result of that several people have left that blog. I know this for a fact because I have heard from many of them.


I do not understand her defense of such people and I do not understand how she could praise and applaud those who work for the Aruban Tourist Bureau or who are in league with Julia Renfro who has done so much harm to Natalee's mother and step-father. Don't their feelings count?


BFN seems to be all about one side of Natalee's family and many of the posts are a litany of praise for the leader of that message board. When anyone expresses a contrary opinion they are deleted or ridiculed. It happened to me and I have seen it happen to others.


They claim that they are all about differing opinions and points of view but that is obviously NOT true if you look at the history of the blog and look at what has happened to those who disagree with the small clique of posters who stick together. There is NO room for a divergence of opinion on there unless they approve of it and agree with it.


The place I refer to is supposed to be about Natalee Holloway, yet they don't seem to see or care about the fact that Beth is Natalee's mother and that people who bash her should NEVER be allowed to be a part of any support forum. To drag Robin into that mess was unconscionable and wrong in my opinion and if there was any division being attempted in that family it was caused by the Administrator and her close ties to Robin Holloway and not by my blogs which told the truth about the people I spoke of.


Everyone is free to agree with me or disagree...I wouldn't want it any other way....but to blindly sing the praises of people who are harmful and mean-spirited toward ANY member of Natalee's family is wrong and irresponsible.


I read this morning a thread where the Administrator made yet another little mea culpa speech and her regular followers responded with songs of praise and love. Love and praise for what....allowing bashers to post and deleting those who point that out?


Is that board about the Administrator and her feelings or is it about Natalee Holloway and finding out the truth about what happened to her? Is it about congratulating one another and constantly telling one another how wonderful and loyal they are or is it about Natalee and finding out the truth about her.


The statements that are on that board are NOT exclusive to that place and have also been posted elsewhere on the Internet so I cannot see what good that board is doing other than dividing and conquering people and giving a platform to people who have expressed their TRUE feelings on other sites. Feelings that are nasty and hurtful to Natalee and her mother.


Who cares how wonderful an individual poster is or an Administrator? Who needs so much praise and reinforcement that they constantly post about themselves and their motives? If people really want to help they do so without asking for praise and thanks...they just do it.


The heart has it's reasons and for the life of me I can't figure out what good that so-called, self-proclaimed board "family" is doing to help out in this case. More time is spent on themselves and more focus is placed on their leader than on Natalee. What good is that doing anyone? These are my feelings and my opinion.


Beth has been informed of what I blogged about and she could NOT believe that Robin Holloway made the post that she made. I hope that she learns the truth and that part of that truth is exactly WHY Robin made that post and if she was asked to make it. If she was...something is very wrong with that place and the people who run it and they are NOT thinking of the family of Natalee Holloway, but only of themselves and how they are viewed by their fellow posters.


Somehow, contrary to their constant mantra of "We are all about Natalee", she got lost in the shuffle and they became the focus of their own blog. Frank, Michelle and others who really work hard to do SOMETHING to help don't ask for praise...they just do it. Anyone who does, is not part of the solution, they ARE part of the problem.

Mark has stated in a post, "If you want to get to Julia you have to go through me." Julia Renfro is NO friend to our boycott movement because she has too much to lose if we succeed. Mark Purcell is NO friend of our boycott movement or of Beth Twitty's and he has taken every opportunity to bash her on the Internet.

I posted the same thing on that site a while back about Dave not sharing in the funds raised after someone else posted that Dave had set up a trust for his use and I wondered why the home page had that information on it as is was misleading, all the BHT followers blew it off as no big deal. I felt it was/is a big deal as it leads one to believe that all the Twitty / Holloway efforts would benefit from your generous donation to the Amsouth trust. More spinning and deception.

Could it be the same Ringo at nataleeholloway.net? He either has a child or knew a friend's child who went on the senior trip with Natalee, very pro Beth and will ban anyone who posts anything but "Role Model," Mother of the Year, etc., material about Bethie.


I have been posting over at the Kool-Aid campsite for about month now; yesterday I finally got them to call me a “troll”. Anything that does not follow the company line I have been posting. I am overdue to be banned.


I had this Ringo character spinning after I went to the so-called Lions Den; I had been to this bar before and posted up what I found, nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I figure with my next post I should get the boot, haven’t decided which one to use yet the Beth lies or denouncing the Sainthood of Natalee. I have way too much fun watching them all freak out.

I currently live in Aruba. And most of us here have wondered the something, when are they going to investigate close to home in MB. I am not sure after all Aruba has invested in the JM inspired wild goose chases if we can afford to spend any more time and $$$$ on sending an investigator to MB.


I think it would be a waste of time anyway, the MB clan has already had over 90 days to do there evidence cleansing and 90 days to get all of there stories straight. Wait, where is Beth’s Kool-Aid gangs outrage in the ineptness of LE for allowing this long of a time for the MB team to dispose of their incriminating evidence.

That would be your opinion and now here is mine as to why Beth thought the foremost important thing to do when she arrived in Aruba was to establish Natalees character as one of a virginal, non-drinking, perfect teen. Because that’s what sells!!!! Your average run of the mill teenager who might have drank in the past or tried pot or even, God forbid, engage in sexual activity would get little to no press coverage. Not that it should matter as to someone’s character or not, but apparently Beth felt that it was so she spun the tale that would later prove to be not so.

If Natalee is of the character described by her mother what on earth would she be going on this trip for, since all in MB where well aware of what the group would be doing during there senior trip due to the past years of other senior class’s from MB visiting Aruba, an all inclusive drink & eat as much as you can before you pass out party festival. Was her role suppose to be one of the wallflower sitting in the corner by herself, reading her Bible while the rest of her classmates partied like rock stars?

The goings on during there senior trip is one of the driving forces as to why almost all information flow from the others on the trip is nonexistent. They don’t what the world to know what took place while they where away from the watchful eyes of MB. Well now the truth is being told. Read the complete VF article. The article contains a lot of answers to questions that many have been asking me via PM for a long time.

Those on this forum may not like what is put out there in this article, tough, sometimes the truth hurts when you realize that you have been deceived by those that you have been admiring.

Before anyone posts it, regardless of if Natalee drank like a fish and or got high, regardless of what sort of social activity took place during the trip with her or the others on the trip she should still be home. However, that is not what this post is about. It’s about the deception that was started by her mother to protect Natalee’s character as being her first agenda point when she arrived in Aruba.

What has come out in the Vanity Fair article is only a small piece of the information of what transpired between the family and friends that arrived to bring Natalee home & there interaction with those that opened there hearts to them who live in Aruba who just wanted to help bring Natalee home.

Does this man sound like someone who supports Beth Twitty or our boycott movement? I think not.


He is believed and has befriended certain members of some blogs and of Natalee's family and that is a tragic thing as far as I am concerned. There are several people who have been working on this information for months and we have come to the conclusion that MIP6 is not only NOT our friend, but is an enemy of this grassroots movement.


Read what I have posted and think it over. Some of you have been convinced by others that MIP6 is a man who only wants to help the family find answers...some of you will see that he is doing the exact opposite and must do that in order for his job and position on Aruba to continue. He is no better than Julia Renfro and as a matter of fact...they are kindred spirits.


This is for the enlightenment of all of you who are unaware of who this man really is and what his motives really are. Believe it or not...this needed to be exposed. It is not my job to convince every single person in the world that certain people are not our friends but it IS my job to protect the boycott and Beth Twitty (Natalee's MOTHER), when she is attacked. I am doing that with this blog.


There are others who have done great harm to the movement and to members of the family and I will let others do expose's on them. This was the one I found to be the most important and the one that needed to be exposed.


The odd thing is that many of these false friends are posting together...they are believed, revered and THANKED.


I offer them NO thanks for their deceptive behavior and practices.

A Shameful Display of Paranoia and Mean-spiritedness

I am going to defend myself because obviously, there are those on the Internet who are filled with hate and malice. Since I am NOT one of those people I want to clear up a few things that have been brought to my attention.


First, I am NOT Michelle and she is NOT me. There is more than a 30 year age difference between us, she is about 8 inches taller than I am, very beautiful, lives in a different State and she is the ONLY owner of this blog site. I am in my 60's, short and far from beautiful. I wouldn't know how to run a site if my life depended on it. I would not know how to hack into someone's computer either and I recently broke my own printer by simply trying to change a cartridge. My computer savvy son helps me download things and other than that, I am totally useless in any form of technical mechanics.


I am a part of this grass roots movement to boycott Aruba and I believe in it with all of my heart and soul. I also believe that at this point in time it is the only way to help get answers about what happened to Natalee. The focus of my "series" at this time are those who are harmful to this movement that I am a part of.


This focus has at no time reached in the direction of any administrators or moderators at any other blog spot. I have not spoken to them and have no intention of doing so. I have tried to be fair to them in my conversations with others (some of whom are their friends). Comments like "Serve the meal" "Get the knife and fork" are so immature and ridiculous as to be an embarrassment to anyone who reads them.. Where the hell do you get off accusing me of hacking and suggesting that I am evil?


I stated in my last "Series" blog that I would not name my sources and that is true. That does not mean that I will not post the verifiable information and documentation that they give to me. It simply means exactly what it says...the people who gave the information to me will not be named. I repeat...I would NEVER post anything that I had not verified, checked for accuracy and vetted.


I have blogged that I believe Joran and the Kalpoe brothers to be involved in Natalee's disappearance and some have called me out (mostly from the hate sites like Refugees and Unusual Suspects) for making a statement without proper documentation. First, I based my statements in part on what ALE said publicly, "They are guilty as hell". I also based those statements on my personal opinion and the reasonable deduction that those suspects lied multiple times and were the last known people to be seen with Natalee.


Everything else that I have blogged has been information that was readily available through various sources and the media. If someone works FOR the Aruban tourist industry, is friendly with others who support the Aruban tourist industry, has a lot to lose if this boycott succeeds (as we KNOW it will), they are an enemy of this movement. That and only that is my reason for exposing people who fit this description.


I could care less what people say on other blog sites. I could care less if they disagree with my own personal opinions. Life isn't fair and I have lived long enough not to whine about it. I can't change what other people think or make them agree with me nor do I want to.


I CAN and WILL do everything in my power to see that this boycott movement is successful and THAT and ONLY THAT is the reason behind what I am in the process of doing. To those of you who feel the need to try and read my mind and put words in my mouth, you are being foolish and premature and you are proving it with every comment you make about my intentions and how I will express them.


I would NEVER harm a person intentionally and that stems from my upbringing, my belief in God and the fact that at one time I was a Nurse, Even when I do post the information that I am acquiring it WILL NOT be about anyone's family or anything that would not be in the public record. It will be simple fact presented as such and available for anyone who wishes to read it, believe it or ignore it.


My family has been severely and cruelly attacked by certain members of the anti-Holloway/Twitty sites and I have been hurt by the lies that have been told. I would NOT repeat that kind of behavior to hurt someone else in the same way.


Fact is fact and lies are lies and I assure you that I know the difference. You are doing a terrible disservice to Natalee and her family by continuing to waste your time bashing me or anyone else. You should be concentrating on helping to seek justice. If you are not, than you are useless to this cause and harmful to our goal of bringing peace to Natalee's family.


Whatever I do or say will be directed toward the above and for no other reason. Frankly, I don't give a rat's ass about the individuals who are acting out like small children on a school playground. I have no time for you, this effort has no time for you.

PART THREE: ARE ALL BLOGS CREATED EQUAL?

I am continuing in my pursuit of the truth and wanted to keep you all updated. Information is starting to flow quickly and it is going to make a big difference in how some of us view what we now believe is truth and who we see as friends.


So many of us have worked so hard to help Natalee's Family and we plan on continuing that. I want to point out that this boycott movement is VERY important because at the moment it is our only real weapon and we must use it to bring the Aruban authorities to their knees and give up what they know about Natalee. They DO know more than they are saying and we have to do whatever we can to make them speak.


To be blunt and a little profane..."money talks and bullshit walks". If anyone is in a position to hurt our efforts they must be exposed. They cannot be allowed to continue conning Natalee's family and blocking our efforts. They are out there among us right now. We read their words all of the time and we have been fooled. Good, decent, and innocent people are being dragged down to the level of these individuals and we can't let that continue.


We can't allow anyone to stop our momentum and we won't. Those who have something to hide know who they are and soon you will all know as well. Those who have been pretending will be named and exposed for all to see. Too many people have invested too much of their lives and time to be fooled and Natalee deserves better. Not all of the good, hard-working people get much recognition but they deserve it and they will get it from me. They may be excluded from the thank you notes posted on various sites but their voices will be heard.


Every time I blog I will name a couple of those people who have devoted so much of their lives these past months...Michelle..Frank...thank you. Beth, as always....our promise to you continues and won't end until you have your answers. The worst thing that anyone can do is rush to judgment because eventually they look foolish.


That, unfortunately, will be the case before this series ends. It is never wise to listen to only one person before jumping in and speaking out. One should know all of the facts and that hasn't always been the case as of late. For those of you who know me and have known me for a long time now, you know that I am not vicious and you know that I would NEVER do anything to harm Natalee's memory or her family.


Those who judge me without knowing what I have had to say in the past are wrong. I am no hater. I have fought the haters. Once they are exposed I won't give them another thought. They do NOT count. I promised to tell you all the truth about what some of us have discovered and I will. I also promised to do it as accurately and honestly as possible so that takes time.


I try to never post hearsay and unsubstantiated gossip so you will have to allow me to do this in my own way and in my own time. I do NOT name my sources and never have so the information has to be verified and I have to be sure of what I am telling you. I have to be satisfied that I am correct in my assertions.


For those who continue to judge and bad-mouth me...you go ahead and do what you must do. It will not stop me from my blogging. For those of you who have shown your faith in me and asked that people simply listen to what I have to say...thank you. I will not let you down.


This is ALL about NATALEE and that's as it should be. It has always been that way for me. My loyalty is to her and seeing that she gets justice and since there are those who are behind the scenes doing everything in their power to stop that justice we will go forward. Sadly, some of them are very close by. I have yet to name any names or expose any blog yet people are acting as if they have a guilty conscience.

PART TWO: ARE ALL BLOGS CREATED EQUAL?

Why am I doing this? Why would I (along with others) want to expose a blog that claims it is supportive of Natalee Holloway and her family? There are reasons and I am going to explain them.


What we are dealing with is a war...there is an army of individuals both in Aruba and elsewhere that have made sure that the truth about what happened to Natalee will never come out. They have deprived Natalee's family of getting any kind of justice and they have deprived that family of being able to find and possibly lay their daughter to rest. They have condemned that family to a lifetime of purgatory and they have no plans to EVER change the status quo.


Some of them simply lie about what they know happened to Natalee and some post on message boards spreading lies about Natalee and in particular, about Beth.


Some have infiltrated various web sites and have been banned and some continue to post merrily along without anyone stopping them from doing their damage.


Every day some of these people continue to make a mockery of this case and of this family and every day they make life harder for the very people who are already suffering and will probably continue to suffer for the rest of their lives. We have no control over the people in Aruba who continue to harm Natalee's family so we boycott them.


We DO have control over what happens here on American based web sites and we can stop them. The problem is that these horrible individuals who have connections to certain Arubans are not being stopped by those who have the power to do so and that's why this forthcoming expose' is necessary and why professionals have been digging into their pasts and their activities and why they have gathered information to make it clear to everyone exactly who they are and what they are.


I was approached to help with this effort because I blog and have a voice on the Internet. It was not a difficult task to accept since I am committed to helping Beth Twitty . I made that promise a long time ago and I don't break my promises.


There will be people who consider me and the people I am working with to be traitors because we are going to "out" a well known blog for allowing these anti-Natalee forces to continue with their disgusting rhetoric. I could care less what anyone thinks of me and what labels they want to put on me and considering that my own family and I have been attacked many times since I became involved with this case, I am no longer afraid to speak out and say what I must say.


To those who may feel persecuted I say this....you have been warned many times. You have been made aware of what is happening right in front of your faces and yet you refuse to do anything about it. I don't care what your reasons are, you have done the wrong thing under the guise of freedom of speech and that won't wash.


This is not about politics or civil rights...this is about a missing girl and there are blogs for and against supporting the truth of what happened to this girl. This is not about political correctness or giving everyone a voice.


You are either with us or against us and there is no in-between. When a site proclaims itself to be anti-Natalee I expect the posters to be vitriolic and to state their opinions which support the various suspects and the Aruban police. They have every right to do that on their anti-Natalee sites and I would never tell them to stop because they have stated their purpose clearly.


When a site is pro-Natalee I expect to see posters supporting Natalee and her family and not tolerating comments that are counter-productive to finding out the truth from the perspective of her family and those who have chosen to seek some kind of justice.

When the lines become blurred and it is difficult to tell what a site stands for I feel that it is time to act and to make those responsible and in-charge shit or get off of the pot. You are for or against...you can't be both.

The site that we will eventually expose is a confusing mess of opinions that don't help those of us who wish to find the truth. It claims to be one thing yet at times, acts like another and it's hard to tell who is for and who is against and even harder to understand why this is allowed on a so-called PRO-Natalee site.


If you knew of a person who had a strong reason to protect tourism on Aruba and who was deeply involved in boosting that tourist trade, would you consider this individual a pro-Natalee person? If you knew of a person who passed along pornography to people and then posted inappropriate comments on a pro-Natalee blog would you consider that person an asset to the cause?


In my opinion and in the opinions of those I am working with, we believe in our hearts that these people need to be stopped and that they are damaging all of the hard work that many of us are trying to accomplish. While Michelle works tirelessly and mostly out of her own pocket to send out boycott materials another site is tolerating the above types and not doing a thing to stop them. I can't in good conscience sit back and allow this to happen and I won't.


There are good people on this particular site who have good intentions and want very much to help find the truth. They are also being blind-sided. They deserve better. Some have left the site and some stick around to continue letting their voices be heard. We are doing this for them as well as the family and for Natalee.


To those who are blind and refuse to do the right thing....you have had ample warning. There is still time for you to act and make things right. Do the right thing.......there are NO excuses that will overcome what you have allowed your site to turn into.


I received an email from an individual who happened to read on the blog in question and his comment was, "What is that site about? There's stuff there that has nothing to do with Natalee Holloway and some of it is offensive." I couldn't agree more.

This will be the first in a series of articles regarding some of the current blog sites either for or against Natalee Holloway and her family.


I want to begin by listing what I have been told are the pro-Holloway sites:

I'm sure that there are many more pro and against but these are the ones I am most familiar with. It is my opinion that the difference between the pro-Holloway blogs and the anti-Holloway blogs is the hostility shown toward Natalee and her family as opposed to the support offered to Natalee and her family.


What if one could NOT tell the difference? What if a blog purported to be pro-Holloway but was infiltrated by anti-Holloway people? What if that hostility seeped into the desired goal of members of a blog to support the family of Natalee Holloway? What if information was presented that was supposed to help those interested in seeking the truth in this case but was really posted to confuse and mislead? What if some of the posters or bloggers actually worked for the very people that the family of Natalee Holloway consider responsible for or involved in the cover-up of information leading to the disappearance of their daughter?


What if the two schools of thought (those who believe that Aruba has done a piss-poor job of investigating this case and that the three main suspects know more then they are telling) and those who believe that Natalee simply "Vanished" (as per a comment from Arlene Ellis Shippers) and that the family of Natalee is evil and only interested in persecuting the innocent Island of Aruba, were intermingled?


What if we were relying on individuals who pretend to be friends of the Family for help when in fact they were scamming us instead?


I believe that on one particular pro-Holloway blog this is the case. I also believe that it has to be stopped and exposed.


I intend to do that in due time.


This is not something that I ever thought that I would be doing, and frankly, it makes me queasy to think about it. Because I believe that the family of Natalee Holloway has been tortured enough, I have no qualms about revealing what I am slowly putting together to make a case for one of the biggest and ugliest scams ever perpetrated against a victim's family.


Because I need to be cautious and accurate I can't promise when my next article will appear...just KNOW that it WILL appear and that I WILL name names.

In March of 2006, I spoke on the phone to Jamie Skeeters. He gave me his word that he had turned over the original hard drive which contained his conversations with Deepak Kalpoe to his local FBI office. He repeated over and over again to me that Deepak had admitted that the three "suspects" had sex with Natalee along with other comments that would certainly qualify as a major lead in this case. If in fact, Mr. Skeeter's is telling the truth than where is that tape and what did the FBI find out about it? Was it doctored? Was it authentic?


We simply don't know the answer to those questions because no one has commented from the FBI. NO ONE. If the tape was bogus then we should know. If it was real than we MUST know because that would mean that we had some solid information that the original three "Suspects" had something to hide and that a crime may have been committed.


I understand that the FBI cannot simply barge into this investigation without a formal request from the Aruban government. I know that a Treaty exists and that they are bound by it. I also know that to a small degree, the FBI has been included and given some documents regarding the case.


What did those documents say? Is there reason to believe that Natalee was sexually assaulted? Was Deepak involved in that assault? What was Joran's role...Satish's????? Obviously, Aruba isn't going to tell us anything except that the tape was falsified and doctored. Skeeter's said that parts of it were edited for The Dr. Phil Show but that the original on his hard drive was NEVER touched or changed and that it was honest and above board.


I understand about the need for editing a long video for a show that has a limited viewing window but what about that hard drive? We can't get any answers from Aruba so how about from our OWN FBI? Is it policy to keep completely silent about a case that does not originate in our country? Can they speak out about what they were given and what they believe to be fact and/or fiction? Natalee was after all, an American citizen and she falls under their jurisdiction and deserves the same rights and benefits that any other American is entitled to.


I would like the FBI to explain why they can or cannot speak out regarding this case. If they are prohibited I will understand but if not, I want to know why they have remained silent. They may speak to Natalee's family and perhaps they have been asked to keep what they have been told from the public...but...WE, as the public need to know if there is any substantial information that was given to our own government agency. We need to know because we need to be protected.


I can't think of a better way to spread the word that Aruba is safe or not is for the FBI to speak out and to either reassure or warn other Americans about a place that may be dangerous to visit.


What about the warnings that are issued to American's when they travel to places that may be unstable or harmful to life and limb? Why has no one issued a travel advisory? I wrote to that agency a long time ago and got no response and I know of no warnings. How many American girls have to go missing and how many bungled investigations do we need to see before someone in a position of authority here in the USA speaks out?


Tell us what we are up against. We are conducting a grassroots movement without help from anyone in authority and that seems grossly unfair to me. I believe that we deserve to know the truth and if we can't get it from Aruba or The Netherlands than how about from our own government officials?


Was the Skeeter's tape authentic? Did any of the "Suspects" ever confess or make any incriminating statements? Someone tell us the truth. We KNOW it won't come from Aruba.

What we know and what we have heard about Natalee Holloway's last night

We know that prior to going to Carlos & Charlie's, Natalee sat at a gaming table with Joran van der Sloot. We know that she saw him again at the nightclub and that he took a jelly shot off of her. We know that Natalee had been drinking on and off throughout that day and that she drank 150 proof alcohol that night. Alcohol is a DEPRESSANT and NOT a stimulant and that would have made Natalee sleepy and woozy at the very least.


It is a fact that if she had consumed enough alcohol, she would have had impaired judgment which could explain why she left with strangers rather than staying with her friends. It would also explain why she failed to listen to those friends when they asked her to get out of Deepak's car and go back to the hotel with them. We know that Natalee, Joran, Satish and Deepak (who was driving the car), left Carlos & Charlie's around the time that it was closing and that a white car was behind them that night.


From that point on ALL we know for sure is that Natalee never came back and no one has seen her since. Here's what has become rumor and myth and may or may not be truthful and accurate:

• Joran claims that Natalee asked to be taken to see sharks at the beach.

• He states that they went to the beach and that Deepak and his brother dropped him and Natalee off.

• Joran also states that before going to the beach they stopped in front of his house. They may or may not have gone into his private apartment at some point.

• Joran claims that he and Natalee made out both in the back of Deepak's car and on the beach but that they did not have sexual relations because he had no condom.

• He claims that he wanted to go home because he had school the next day but that Natalee didn't want to leave the beach and wanted Joran to stay with her.

• We know that Joran claims to have called Deepak to come and pick him up and at first, he claimed that Deepak did.

• When the computer and phone records showed that Deepak was home at the time he would have been picking up Joran the story was changed to indicate that Satish picked Joran up and took him home leaving Natalee alone on the beach. Both Deepak and Satish deny having picked Joran up that night.

• We DO NOT know for sure how Joran got home or if Deepak and Satish were present on the beach when Natalee was there either with Joran or by herself.

• We do not know if one of the Kalpoe's returned to that beach that night.

• We know that stains were lifted from Deepak's car which contained a bleach substance and something that at first appeared to be blood. Later this was revised to be a bleach substance and chocolate.

I have a problem with this reading of the forensic evidence because if Deepak cleaned his car with bleach there would be no chocolate stains but there could be blood evidence left which luminal could detect when used by a qualified CSI.


What was that evidence? Where is it and who made the determination that it was not blood? Why did Deepak clean his car with bleach? Wouldn't there have been at least trace evidence containing Natalee's hair as it was long and blonde and everyone sheds hair all of the time. Why was there NO evidence of Natalee being in that car when even the three suspects admit that she was?



We have seen a picture from a video camera at the Casino that shows that possibly Paulus may have also been at that gaming table with Natalee and Joran. Was it Paulus and if it was, why did he lie about being there and seeing Natalee?


We know about the big lie that all three boys told and was Deepak's idea according to Joran and that Steve Croes (a supposed stranger to all three boys) substantiated, regarding two security guards and a drunk Natalee being dropped off at her hotel. Once that lie was exposed the story changed.


We know that the police searched for a pair of white shoes that Joran supposedly left behind on the beach. He admitted to having removed his shoes and leaving them there. Where are they? Joran claims that they were "old shoes" and that he didn't care about getting them back. Deepak states that they were only a month old and not old shoes.


We know that Joran spoke to Deepak via cell phone and that he messaged Deepak on his computer to say "Goodnight" after he supposedly left Natalee alone on the beach. Does a teenaged boy usually say "Goodnight" to his guy friend late at night after he's been with a girl?

Maybe only when he is trying to establish an alibi.

Deepak did not respond to Joran's message...where was he at that time? Was he asleep or back on the beach? There have been witnesses who saw the following:

• A body being removed from the trunk of a car and buried in the landfill.

• A witness spotted the boys standing beside their car and one of them ducked out of sight when he passed them by. That was near the pond area which was also drained and searched.

There have been other witnesses as well and none of them proved to be credible and as a matter of fact, one of them was Chief Dompig's brother-in-law who was a druggie and a beach bum who claimed that he sold Natalee drugs.


Dompig states that Natalee was not murdered and that she died of an OD or alcohol poisoning. He claimed that she was buried and than re-buried. Also, a faulty and unprovable account and outright ridiculous when you consider Dompig's history in this case and the fact that he went on a nationally broadcast television show and smirked his way through his story. Several other "Suspects" have been detained by the Aruban police and let go.


One was a boy called GVC and obviously his arrest was as a result of the fact that Dompig's son Michael was mad at him and ratted him out. The boy had a big mouth and bragged about his conquests but probably knew nothing about Natalee.


Guido Wever is a different case for me because he DID know Joran and they did play tennis together the day after Natalee went missing. He may have been told something about what happened and was in bad shape when he was arrested.


He also left Aruba for Holland soon after Natalee disappeared leaving his newly purchased car and his family behind.The rumor is that he actually wet himself when they picked him up for questioning. Guido is gay and they dismissed him as someone who would not have sexually assaulted Natalee or any other girl. Does that also mean that he could not have helped harm her or get rid of her? I guess that if you are gay you are not capable of participating in a crime where a female is concerned? More rumor and more speculation.


Steve Croes is the most interesting "suspect" of all after the three boys. He seems to appear almost everywhere and claims to have no knowledge of anything or anyone. He makes up lies and owns a boat and shows up all over the Island of Aruba at the oddest times. He poses for pictures with anyone who wants one and obviously considers himself some kind of celebrity.


What does Steve know and how involved is he with the disappearance of Natalee Holloway? I suspect (and it is ONLY a suspicion and NOT a fact), that Steve Croes knows a LOT. There is more..so much more that we have all heard, seen or read but none of it leads us to the answers we seek.


We are back to the beginning...Natalee met Joran, danced with Joran, drank alcohol and left a bar with Joran, Deepak and Satish. She was never seen alive again. The rumors could fill a book but the facts couldn't even fill a chapter because they are so sparse.



The family of Natalee Holloway obviously has more information than most of us do and Dave has written about what he knows. It still doesn't tell us exactly what happened to Natalee and where she is. Beth and Dave are still trying to get the truth out of a whole bunch of liars and that's the saddest part of this whole thing. They don't know what happened to their daughter and that not knowing is making this horrible situation even worse for them. They have pictures in their minds of Natalee being attacked, hurt, alone and frightened.


They have memories of a beautiful young girl in her prime that can no longer hug them or speak to them or run to them with exciting news of college days. They will not attend her wedding or hold her children...how much worse must this be for them not even knowing where she is or if she suffered? It's unimaginable and too painful to even contemplate. What we know is not enough to ease their pain and what we hear is not necessarily true or helpful to them.

THE JUNE 10th "CONFESSION"

Who saw it? Who has it? Where is it? It has been denied by ALE, the Prosecutor and the FBI has the interrogation records as well. Why haven't they come out and stated that there was a confession? Is this a rumor, a myth or the truth? I am not willing to buy into rumors or supposed confessions or statements that I have no proof of.


I actually saw Joran's statement to the police that I referred to in my previous "Theories" article but I have NEVER seen this confession. It doesn't mean that it didn't happen but it also doesn't mean that it did. Who actually said, "Something bad happened"? Who reported that and what was their source? NO decent researcher or reporter will go to print without at least two to three GOOD and CREDIBLE sources.


The ALE has been known to spread false stories and unfortunately, a lot of things have come from the press on Aruba. Do you believe everything that you read in the papers? I don't and that goes for the Aruban media as well as the US media. Show me the proof that ANYONE confessed. Don't tell me that Jossy said it or Nancy said it or that Julia or Greta said it. That is simply not good enough. Show me the proof.


This case has manufactured some real urban legends as it progresses throughout our consciousness and that means that many REAL facts may have been over-looked. You CANNOT base an investigation or a story on rumor and myth and urban legend. SHOW ME THE PROOF. If we want this case to be solved and we want to help than we have to stick to the facts that we can prove and not to what someone else told someone else...the game of telephone.


Did Joran really confess? Did Deepak confess? Did anyone really say, "Something bad happened"???? Where did that come from...Dompig? Do you believe anything that he says....I DO NOT. I believe that we as individuals are no closer to knowing the truth right this minute than we were on the first day of June, 2005. I believe that because so many have lied and covered up.


Posting that someone confessed without documentation is like me telling you that I am POSITIVE of who killed Natalee and how they did it. I can't do that and neither can anyone else aside from those who harmed her and made her disappear. Let's stick with the facts that we do have and not what we have heard through the grape-vine. That is NOT helping anyone and is only adding confusion to an already messed up case.


We owe it to Natalee and her family to ONLY post what we really know and to state up front if we are speculating about something rather than able to prove it actually happened. SHOW ME THE PROOF and I will run with it. Joran lies, Deepak lies, Satish lies, Steve Croes lies, Gerald Dompig lies, Julia Renfro lies, Jossy may embellish or put out information that is speculative. ALE lies, EVERYONE has lied....EVERYONE who knows what happened. Joran would no more confess than I would.


He is the son of a legal professional, as shoddy as his Dad's career is, he is a trained lawyer and his son is no fool. Do you really think that during those nine days of freedom that Joran and the Kalpoe's weren't primed as to what to say and what not to say? Do you think that ALE beat and tortured Joran into making a confession? HA...I doubt that Joran suffered any discomfort at all while he was being held. Why would he have...his father has connections.


Perhaps one of the Kalpoe's (maybe Satish who seems younger than the rest of them maturity-wise), said "Something bad happened"...maybe he did and maybe he didn't. Where is the document that has that comment on it and why hasn't it been produced as other documents have? I am really tired of reading about confessions and comments that may or may not have taken place and may or may not be real.


Something bad DID happen to Natalee Holloway and I want to know the TRUTH of what that was. I want to know who, what, where and how. I believe that I already know the why but I want to know the absolute truth of that as well. Someone knows the truth and they aren't talking...they have NEVER told the real truth so we DO NOT know what that is.


Let's search for the truth and stick to what is real and what isn't. This may anger some of you but enough is enough. I am ONLY interested in knowing the truth. That is the ONLY way for Natalee to get the justice that she deserves and has been deprived of thus far. "The truth shall set you free", the rumors and myths will hold you captive.

THEORIES, THEORIES, THEORIES

Patrick Hurley wrote that he believes that Deepak Kalpoe actually killed Natalee Holloway and that shouldn't be dismissed out of hand. We have been fed a steady diet of the "Joran did it" theory and that's as possible as the "Deepak did it" theory.


It's possible because Deepak admitted to a source of mine that he KNEW where Natalee had been stashed that night in May. How would he know if he hadn't of been there? As time went on, Deepak stopped talking and we are left with the lies that he did tell along with his younger brother, Joran and Steve Croes. Whether or not you agree or disagree with Pat's theory (and he had a lot of logic behind what he wrote), it is necessary to keep an open mind regarding ALL theories since we don't have definitive answers as to what really happened.


A good investigative writer has to look at everything and consider everything and that's what Pat did. I have also run through several scenarios as I have followed this case and some were pretty off the wall. I don't dismiss anything unless I have hard proof that they couldn't have happened. There is nothing to prove that Deepak didn't kill Natalee and there is a statement that the police took while interviewing Joran where he states that Deepak raped and buried Natalee.


Of course, that has been denied by all parties concerned but I saw it with my own eyes and spent countless hours trying to translate it since it was in Dutch. Yes, Joran could have been lying and there is no solid evidence that anything that Joran says is the truth but that statement exists and it is pretty damning. No matter what you believe or why...it is really important not to dismiss any possibility of what occurred that night. If we only focus on one person and one theory we will miss the big picture and possibly overlook something important.


Why was it Deepak who made up the big lie about the Security Guards...why did Steve Croes come forward to support that lie? Why has Deepak remained silent? You would think that an innocent man would want to take a polygraph test to clear his name...Deepak has not given any interviews or spoken out on his own behalf except through his lawyer who is paid to repeat the mantra that his client is not guilty of anything.


We know that's not true...at the very least, Deepak left Carlos & Charlie's with Natalee and at the very least he made up a huge lie about what happened that night. Why? He does know Steve Croes and he denies that also. After all that Joran said and did why why would Deepak remain so silent and continue to protect Joran? He wouldn't. There is no love lost between those two and the only reason that I can think of for Deepak to remain silent is because he is at least as involved as Joran is and he is aware of what took place with Natalee.


Whether or not he actually killed Natalee, he is still guilty of covering up what he knows and that means that Deepak Kalpoe did something illegal. Don't focus only on Joran van der Sloot...Natalee left that sleazy bar with THREE people and she never returned. Joran would do jail time if he had been at the scene of a crime and kept it secret. He would face jail time as an accessory to murder and Patrick is right about that. The only way that Joran could totally get off the hook, so to speak, is if he wasn't present at all when Natalee met her fate. I believe that Joran was there and whether he actually did the deed or watched it being done...he is in danger of going to jail if the truth comes out.


If you believe Joran then he was no where near Natalee when she actually disappeared and I simply don't believe that.. He KNOWS what happened to her and if he didn't make it happen himself than he knows who did. I am asking that all of you keep your minds open to ALL the possible scenarios and not to dismiss out of hand the possibility that Deepak may have harmed Natalee. He is just as likely a candidate as Joran is. Maybe more so because Natalee was attracted to Joran and didn't refuse to make out with him. I doubt that she would have agreed to hook up with Deepak so he would have more reason to force himself on her.


I am not saying that I am sure about anything and I am not saying conclusively that I know who did what to Natalee Holloway....but, I am willing to look at all the possibilities. Until we know the truth we can't dismiss anything.
