A PROMISE TO NATALEE

By Meri, Boycott Blogger

I have my reasons for writing about Natalee Holloway and some of them are personal. There are many of us who feel strongly about this particular case for one reason or another. Some are due to personal experiences in our own lives and some are out of a need to see justice done for Natalee and her family.

When a parent loses a child there is nothing to compare with the feeling of utter loss and desperation. I don't believe that there a stronger sense of grief that a human being can feel.

Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway feel that grief and that desperation. To compound those horrible feelings they are forced to have to deal with a country where truth is not terribly important and inexperience and confusion have made things worse than they could have ever imagined.

We have forces on the Internet who spend their days calling Beth names and accusing her of crimes and we have those who insist on defending the indefensible.

Beth is criticized for keeping her daughter's name in the news so she can find the answers to the questions she needs to move forward with her life. She also needs to find answers for Natalee because children count on their parents to protect them and since Beth can no longer do that for Natalee, the very least she can do is expose what happened to her. She continues to speak out in the face of the ugly words spoken about her and the accusations made about her as a mother and as a human being.

We are asked to withhold judgment where the suspects are concerned because no crime has been proven, yet they have lied so many times that a crime HAS been committed. The crime of covering up the truth of what happened to Natalee Holloway. The suspects have brought on their own bad press with the lies that they have told and the behavior that they have exhibited. They have committed the cardinal sin of blaming the victim.

To those of us who can feel compassion and empathy this is a crime that should not go unpunished and at the very least, they owe Natalee, Beth, Dave and the rest of us the truth.

Whether that truth exonerates them or incriminates them, they owe it to Natalee. Paulus' statement that Natalee, "wanted it" referring to her voluntarily leaving Carlos & Charlie's with Joran and the Kalpoe's is proof of his cold, calculated approach to the victim in all of this and gives us a hint of why his son appears to be so arrogant and smug. She "wanted" what... to die, to disappear, to be lied about and trashed as to her character? I don't think so Paulus.

Your statement said far more about you than it did about Natalee or her family. The day that the truth is finally told will be the day that Natalee can rest, when Beth and Dave can rest. Unfortunately, they will never be able to forget so the truth will not set them free.

It may ease their minds somewhat but it will never set them free. By NOT telling the truth, Joran, The Kalpoe Brothers and Paulus van der Sloot will NEVER be free either. That fact is the only thing that brings me any comfort as I write about this case.

Natalee is wringing the liars ears of Joran, Deepak, Satish and Paulus in God's way. Surely steady and punishable with regards to God's plan. Step by step their minds will go dim, and their bodies will wither just like Jesus once cursed the wicked lying fig tree by the wayside of the sins city. We can see the effects of the boycott and the tourists are not coming to Aruba anymore for it becomes a waste land of rapists and killers. Joran is disappearing by his own choice, and so will Deepak, Satish and Paulus vanish by their own making. Where is the PVDS family right now, in the Superior Court to collect their money? I don't think so, because God had planted a thorn into Paulus' eye into front of the GMA drama. Did you see when the cam zoomed on his face while he was lying aloud, a ray zinged into his lying eyes. That was it, the thorn by the Act of God. Paulus can momentarily lose his eyesight or blindsided to blackout. It's the punishment already happened to him couple times since the GMA wrongful confessions. For God cannot tolerate murderer and more lies. God is just and fearsome. May God bless Natalee and bring all of us hope, peace and comfort.

For Meri, Boycott Blogger:

BRAVO! Thank you for saying so perfectly what should be said by every person, travel agent, newspaper, magazine or talking head addressing this subject which, by the way, should be frequently and consistently. Your eloquent expressions of wisdom need to be repeated far and wide. I hope you submit your post as a letter to the editor to every paper in Aruba, every paper of any size in states from which Aruba draws (or, rather, DID draw) a lot of its American tourism, and every travel agent specializing in the Caribbean.

God bless you.

Natalee is timeless and that is why I and my husband and our other partners in Idaho agree to trade out our timeshare vacation unit in Aruba to go to Ocean Pointe, Palm Beach Shores, Florida. Even though our children love Aruba a lot better, Aruba is really the most beautiful beach island in the world, but my kids are willing to make the sacrifice for the sake of Natalee to boycott Aruba. My real estate agent is working out a deal the Marriots company which develop all these ocean front properties. Palm Beach is used to be quite polluted and the city just got federal money to do part of the cleanup, and part of the beach head looks really nice and new. They have a new sea water filtration system installed so the new timeshares are good for new investments. I love the freebie the promotional packages offer us. Thess blue or orange clamshell outhouse on the beach water line are wonderful, you can unfold the front door out on the white sands and have all the sun tan you want, and when you are ready into the romantic evening, you can fold the front door back in and have your own little world in the clamshell to do whatever you want with your love. I told my husband I miss the Aruba's sky blue waters, but my husband says Natalee is timeless.

"Natalee is timeless"

What beautiful words to mutter about Natalee.

I wonder if we could have someone create a beautiful sculpture of Natalee and call it "timeless".

Forever we will search, forever we will care, forever will she touch all our hearts, forever....she is timeless.

Michelle, could you speak to Joe M. and ask him if he could set something up like that and be sold in the name of "Natalee"?!?! The monies be placed in a College Fund or a Fund for Lost Children in the name of Natale?!?!

Natalee stands with America, they are both timeless. Beyond the lies, beyond the ruins and beyond the corruptions. Our world demand the truth, the honesty and the integrity. We are in the election cycle, the 2006 now and the 2008 goal; let's vote for some timeless Governors, Representatives , Senators and a new timeless President. Let all the American voters and volunteers wearing their American Timeless Buttons to the voting machines and do their duty to election our new Timeless American Government. God Bless America. Amen.

Aruban has a plantation system government where everyone is an ant, where Paulus is the anteater beast. He seems gentleman but deadly.
