This was brought to my attention recently from a Natalee Holloway forum member in which Jossy shared some facts and personal insight via email with a member of that forum:
Facts from Jossy:
The Kalpoe brothers, contrary to Joran, are heeding their lawyers and
assuming a very low public profile. Steve Croes has faded from the public eye and little is known about his present whereabouts.Deepak Kalpoe is staying home after he quit his job at the internet café, and Satish is continuing his studies. The mother, Mrs. Ramirez has gotten a new job in a Security company and is about to start working.
If pushed far enough by Joran, Deepak may start to talk in his own defence, and may reveal important facts about Natalee's disappearance. Diario will talk to the Kalpoes including the Mom, a person on the beach that night is talking, Joran is in deep doo doo! And, that is about all I can figure out.

FACT!,ANYONE WHO IS SAYING MEAN THING'S ABOUT NATALEE'S MOM,OR NATALEE.HAS EITHER COMMITED A SEXUAL ASSAULT,OR WOULD LIKE TO.
YOU SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER WITH THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY.

Can anyone clarify if what I read on other boards is true?????
I read.....According to Dutch law, it is NOT obstruction of justice for a suspect to lie, however, it IS obstruction of justice for a witness to lie?????
Is this correct?
If so.....Then why has Steve Croes not been charged w/ Obstruction of justice?

On an similiar note, when JVDS, DK, and SK were 'witnesses' before their arrested THEY LIED as well!
Michelle- I see you answered my question. Thank you. I just don't get how anyone lying whether, a witness or a suspect is acceptable under Dutch law! And if there's a discrepancy over if JVDS, DK and SK were only considered suspects and never witnesses, then I would love to know why Steve Croes was never charged. Very curious.
All you have to do is a little research on Dutch history. They've never had much morality and have always wanted to cash in somehow. Check out The Netherlands history on Wikipedia.com. In fact, the Dutch were the first to introduce african slaves to America.
In other words, they were unscrupulous with little to no morality and it bleeds into their society today. Do I have to mention the Red Light District, open drug culture, etc.?
