I do not know where you get your information from but you are wrong. Dave, Linda and I did attent the Crystal Ball to help raise funds for the Kristen Foundation to help future needs for families with missing loved ones. I hope no one believes you actually were there. You have gotten too many facts and details wrong. If you were really there, you would know Tim Miller could not be there because he was with Jim Compton, Daniel's father, when they got the news they had found his sons body in Georgia. I think you lied to everyone about being there. (I even know TWO people that were there and spent time with both Robin and Dave!!!) We will do anything to help the Kristen Foundation. Dave and I have no idea what you are talking about as far as a Holloway fundraiser.

ORANJESTAD (AAN): Wednesday, the judge’s decision became known, in the case which attorney Carlo brought forward, representing Joran van der Sloot.
Attorney Antony Carlo started a case a few weeks back, to request that the Public Prosecutor declare that his client Joran van der Sloot is officially no longer a suspect in the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, or to instruct the Public Prosecutor to set a period of time within which they have to start a case against his client.
Both petitions were denied by judge Smid of Curaçao.

It breaks my heart to think of Robin, Dave, Beth or Jug reading that horror. It is unfounded, unjustified hate such as this that is every well-deserved nail in the coffin of Aruba's tourism. It is only sad there is so little else to do.

Joking about their drug experiences and using vile language seems to give them a rush. They copy from sites and that is illegal without permission. Check it out is right and if you see your posts from other boards, then let their web host know. Many are feed up with them and it will not be long. A few there make up stories of going to functions which are just lies to feed the hungry bored others. If they had a brain they would know that person is not telling the truth and making great fun of them. They back stab each other as well. CTV has taken a stand and banned many of them so be advised that they are now desperate. Rejects would be a more suitable name.

I don't post at Refugees, but have read a lot of the discussion. There were members who were upset about the negative comments made to Robin's post. Most of them express more positive comments about Robin/Dave than Beth or Jug based on commments that these individuals have made. I read some of the comments there the night she posted.
My impression is that some of the posters are from Alabama, South Carolina. Many of them claim to have donated a good bit at one time to the Natalee fund and now are upset as they don't think the funds have been used to look for Natalee and no accountability has been made to the public that donated to tell how this fund has been used. They don't like the tactics being used by the Twittys, especially the lying.
Very few there have ever posted anything negative about Natalee. It does seem that they are sincerely concerned that she be found. They just don't like the tactics of accuse, and trying to destroy the lives of the suspects in the absence of any evidence that a crime has been committed or that the suspects know or had anything to do about it. Most of them also do not agree with the call for an Aruba boycott. These lack of agreement with the accusations being made and the boycott is commonly expressed across most blogs on this topic.
There are some that think Natalee is alive.

She stole a picture that was accidently posted on the SM forum for only TEN MINUTES before it was removed. Katya was lurking and at the right moment she took the pic and posted Michelle's pic on their forum using her face for different pictures. One of our supporters alerted it to us.

The only ones I've ever seen booted off of SM was the posters(trolls) who never commented on the topics, they just made hateful statements at Natalee, her family or the Skeeters tape as a defense for Joran, to keep everyone else upset. I have found that the Scared Monkey forum to be fair and it does encourage all balanced discussion...ABSOLUTELY! I have not found people to be banned willy nilly or without a valid reason. True, it does not allow rude, vulgur, and offensive comments to be made and consistent use thereof, I think, would be a reason for a ban. It is expected that respect of one's fellow posters should always be expressed as it should be on any forum.
It is unfortunate that the SM discussion centers around the theory that the J2Ks kidnapped,raped and killed Natalee...but, after all, that is what the ALE and the governmental judicial branch of Aruba determined their suspect status to be. Therefore that is what the Natalee Holloway Discussion revolves around. Many, many theories have been explored on SM in the past and over a period of 10 months, it should be expected that just as many have been abandoned.
The owners of Scared Monkey are really great people and try very hard to keep the forum as fair as possible. They are actively involved and strive to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone.
From what I have seen on the refugee forum it is nothing more than a lot of innunendos and false assumptions. Clearly, the actual suspects actions are deemed normal behavior and the victim and her famiy's actions are deemed as very sinister.
It is easy to see what a forum when the majority of the posters insist on blaming the victim and her family. As would be expected from this attitude, it does seem to attact the sort of posters that like to use smut language, come across as sarcastic and rude, disrespectful of fellow posters and prefer to make crude and demeaning remarks.
Any new posters are usually subjected to distrust and malice and must prove that they are equally as bitter and hateful before being accepted.
Now if that is not enough to deter you, the photo-shopped pictures displayed there seem to indicate very odd and immature tendencies as well. It is clear what they are all about when they take a family member's face and doctor it into strange scenes with toilets, cigarettes, donkeys, trash cans and other such degrading items.
