These hotel rennovation contruction schemes are instances of tax evation shelters offshore set up by Oduber government. They spent 1 dollar on the paving stone and then report 100 dollar on the labor and materials cost, and then they draw the money through the ATM through the overnight federal intrabank transtions clearance houses networks. Everything seems legal and they stole the money and moved to the Aruba Central Bank. The IRS has no clue and not knowing what and how to tax these hotel rennovation people oversea. Aruba is one very extreme example that IRS is complaining about to Congress. Congress don't like Aruba at all, they going to enact laws to clamp down on Oduber and his corrupt government. The Natalee disappearance and Aruban Boycott Blog Say So have brought the spotlight on Aruba's tax default and evasion scandals, many American tourists are stopping their foot from landing on Aruba hotels, afraid of becoming victims of the IRS tax audits. Many are dumping the timeshare leases and burning the C&C membership cards, trying to destroy the tax evasion evidences holddown by the Aruban ALE and ATA. It is really scary and mind blogging.
