DR. PHIL'S LAWYER RESPONDS TO K2 BROTHERS

If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck... You know the rest!

(Source)--LOS ANGELES - Two brothers who filed a defamation lawsuit against the "Dr. Phil" show for airing a segment about their roles as former suspects (WTF??? Get your facts straight Associated Press! THEY ARE STILL SUSPECTS!) in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway should not be entitled to punitive damages, an attorney for the show said.

Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, both residents of Aruba, filed the suit in December seeking unspecified damages against talk show host Phillip McGraw, CBS Television Distribution Group and private investigator Jamie Skeeters. (Good luck getting anything out of Jamie. Those bastards are probably inadvertently culpable for his premature death, too...)

The lawsuit alleges the show altered portions of a secretly recorded conversation between Deepak Kalpoe and Skeeters to "create false, incriminating, and defamatory statements that the plaintiffs engaged in criminal activity against Natalee Holloway." (I don't think the sentences, "So, you all had sex with her? Good for you..." and "Yeah, you wouldn't believe how easy it was that night..." were false statements. They came DIRECTLY out of Deepak's pie hole! Argue the tape ALL YOU WANT...the symantics and other words used surrounding those sentences prove Deepak's response is completely logical!)

William Haggerty, an attorney for McGraw and CBS, said in court papers filed Friday in Los Angeles that widespread news reports of the brothers' arrest "serves to mitigate any damages allegedly suffered by them and bars or reduces their right to recover any damages." Haggerty also denied his clients intentionally misrepresented any fact to the brothers or acted with malicious intent. Skeeters is being represented by a separate attorney. (Looks like the AP failed AGAIN to check their facts and note that Jamie recently passed away. Why is it that we, the bloggers and those who help find the FACTS are doing this for free out of the goodness of their hearts, while some numb-nut who has no idea what is going on gets paid good money for this misinformation?!?!)

An after-hours telephone message left Monday for the attorney representing the brothers was not immediately returned. (Of course not! That's a no-brainer...)

Holloway was 18 when she disappeared on May 30, 2005, while on a trip to Aruba with classmates from her Alabama high school. She was last seen getting into a car with the brothers and their friend, Joran van der Sloot. Police spent months searching for the missing teen, but the case did not lead to any criminal trial in Aruba. (Not due to lack of evidence or blatant lies and corruption...things like that don't lead to criminal trials in Aruba!) The brothers were released from police custody following their arrest and have not been charged in the case. (But remember, they are STILL SUSPECTS!)

The gravities of the lies and coverups have grown infamously and implicating the Queen as the willing participant. The Queen had appointed the currupt judges Rik Smid and Bob Witt. She had no intention of removing them from the bench in Aruba after her own investigation of the J2K crime with her Royal Dutch Police Corps. So the Queen is to be blamed as the willing culprit by the whole world. Even the Chavez Venezuelan government are highly suspecting the illegal activities of the Dutch oil company operating on their soil. They found out the Aruban smugglers are using the oil drums to conceal the cocaine and rape drugs.

Are they worth 2 kents or cents, people don't think so. Where did the Aruban lawyers get their money and try to bribe the American officials to throw out wrongful death lawsuit.

Old J2K die but the ArubanBoycott will never fade away until the justice is found and return Natalee home. Curse on Aruba, the government tries to eBay Deepak's Honda lincense plate to raise the money for the K2 trial. Shame on them.

The Kalpoes were defamed and framed by the ALE after the ALE recanted Joran's first confessions. The Dutch Law forced the ALE to take a cutoff timeout and stop the interrogations and let Joran to have a good night sleep. The confession tape was destroyed by the order of Rik Smid.

AP erred (lied?) again when they reported "The lawsuit alleges the show altered portions of a secretly recorded conversation between Deepak Kalpoe and Skeeters "
Deepak Kalpoe was fully aware the conversation with Skeeters was recorded. There was absolutely nothing "secret" about it.

The AP is a cooperative cesspool shared by many international and domestic and governments media. Each AP reporter can be a semi-self-employed freelace contractor employee even when it has a ID passcard to enter the new AP extension building in NYC. That means the particular AP reporter can have more than one paycheck from AP. Sounds like the Dutch paid this AP reporter off to purport this secret revelation. Remember the AP stands for ASS PILE.

The K2 need an original receipt from ALE to make that claim. The receipt will have to show the amount of sufferings put on them by the defamation.

Deepak lied to Melody that Natalee was Joran's girlfriend from US. Deepak had been trying to date Melody behind Joran's back. Melody had some freebies at the Internet Cafe with the leftover minutes by some clients. That's why Deepak and his mother Nirdara got fired over the petty thefts, not by the defamation.

The ALE did not have a rape crisis emergency center. The Dutch treated the rape victims' claims lightly due to their national prostitute policy. The Dutch Law assumes every navie woman is a prostitute, like Deepak said she dressed like a slut on two wooden shoes. Deepak was not a victim. Natalee was a victim of Deepak's defamation. This is another flaw in the Dutch legal system which protect the rapists.

The Dutch Law is a worthless antique legal code stemming from the playbook rules from the Dutch kings in the 16th century. At that time the queens were the official prostitutes for the kings. The queens were a mix of mothers and daughters and cusins. The incest were overbearing to keep the royal blood line. The foundation of the modern Dutch legal court systems are building upon the ownership of prostitutes by the Queen and her appointed judges. The prostitute tax collection funds all the retirement benefits of all the Dutch judges.

The 2K were served by a naval probation officer from a Dutch ship last week. Details will appear on the LA Court site soon.

To the past poster:

If you have the link to the Court website that would be great in order for others to peruse the site. If not, that's ok. Thanks for the info!

Oduber asked Chavez to help him to break away from the Dutch. He also wanted to rule Aruba by decree. He just ordered the ALE to arm themselves to prepare for any Dutch marine invasion.

As the k2 trial draws near, the BFN sounds more Anti-Natalee. ArubanBoycott stands and strong.
