KALPOE'S ATTORNEY VOWS TO "TAKE DR. PHIL DOWN!"
LOS ANGELES (AP) — A judge refused to dismiss a defamation suit Tuesday against CBS and television psychologist "Dr. Phil" McGraw.
William Cremer, the lead attorney for the Kalpoes said, "I'm going to take Dr. Phil down," he said outside the courtroom.
The ruling came a day after ABC's 20/20 aired the secretly recorded conversation involving Joran Van der Sloot.
The Kalpoes are suing for defamation, invasion of privacy, emotional distress, fraud, deceit and civil conspiracy.
Cremer said the taped remarks by Van der Sloot, help his clients' defamation case. "It pretty much exonerates my boys, doesn't it?" Cremer said.
GIVE UP THE DOCUMENTS!
In their dismissal motion, attorneys for CBS Television and McGraw maintained lawyers for the Kalpoes did not meet deadlines to produce all documents they have demanded concerning the criminal case investigation against the brothers in Aruba.
The judge gave the Kalpoes' lawyers another five days to satisfy the document deadline. "The documents are relevant to the most fundamental issues in this case," Ferns stated in his ruling. "There is no other (information) which can substitute for the documents sought by the defendants due to the nature of this case."

And also due to Joran's cold blooded confessions, the judge wants to see the similarities and contradictions between those two documentaries. The problem is that the self-incriminations evidence can bring down many Aruba and the Kingdom of Netherlands royal officials and ministers.
Aruba is long suspected making its own brand of GHB rape drugs on the island and suppling the rape drugs to Florida, Amsterdam and Canada. Thousands of young high school girls go vacatons every summer to Aruba, and their lives are obviously in great danger when Aruban Police detective said rape drugs are routinely and legally administered to the young girls in the C&C night club in Aruba.
Kalpoe's attorney isn't going to accomplish a damn thing without first providing discovery.
I wonder why he hasn't?
Could it be that the FBI's report will support what Dr Phil and Jaime Skeeters have maintained all along?
Mos is under pressure of US and the Dutch Royal Family to meet Joran at the Amsterdam secret location. Aruba lost millions and millions of dollars, and Joran is a major factor. The EU banks refused to bail out Aruba because of Joran's recent taped confessions of disposing Natalee's body illegally and possibly cauing Natalee's death purposely - murder.
Kalpoes' lawyers will not forward the documents by the deadline. Instead they referred the judge to ask the Aruban government directly
Very interesting. One day or so after Joran exculpates the Kalpoes in his "confession," they then get the green light to pursue their lawsuit vs. Dr. Phil. Or, at least, their lawyer lets it be known that they have been given permission to go ahead with it.
Joran says the Kalpoes are innocent (of involvement with Natalee's kidnapping? of assaulting her? of playing a role in her death and/or disappearance? he doesn't specify).
Now, what was it that Deepak Kalpoe said some time ago?
"We all three had sex with Natalee. You'd be surprised how easy it was."
Doesn't sound too innocent to me.
Remember, Joran has been lying since day one in this case. Yet all of a sudden, he comes out with a "confession" on tape and everyone seems ready to think he's changed his skin (I think that's the phrase they use for snakes and reptiles, so it's appropriate).
I guess that's why, right after Natalee disappeared, the Kalpoes spent all that time at the van der Scum compound. And why they said Paulus concocted a story and drilled them in it. And why PvdS so kindly found them a lawyer (the same as Joran's, at first) AND even paid their legal expenses ... out of the kindness of his heart?
We all know that Joran is involved in this up to his eyebrows. But I think a lot of his confession is bogus. Especially where the Kalpoes are involved.
