HERO--WILL HIS NAME SPEAK FOR ITSELF?

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, HOST: Hero Brinkman, a member of the Dutch parliament, who told us the Island of Aruba is corrupt as hell. He's now in Aruba. He is demanding answers in the Natalee Holloway investigation. Mr. Brinkman joins us by phone.

Mr. Brinkman, thank you for joining us. And what happened today?

HERO BRINKMAN, MEMBER OF DUTCH PARLIAMENT: Well, it happened yesterday, about the trip (ph), and we started the conference today with the delegations of the Antilles parliament and a delegation of the Aruban parliament to open a conference about our kingdom and the way we are dealing with the three different countries within the kingdom.

VAN SUSTEREN: I heard that you had been threatened.

BRINKMAN: Yes, well, that was yesterday. I had a meeting — our delegation had a meeting with the prime minister. I had a big discussion with the prime minister, and after that , we went away, and I walked away, and someone came up to me, and he threatened to push my — to hit me on the head or something like that. And that actually was the manager of protocol, the right hand from the prime minister who did that.

VAN SUSTEREN: What prompted that? Is it anyway related to Natalee Holloway?

BRINKMAN: Well, they are all very mad about, not only because of my statements that Aruba is corrupt as hell, and — and that, yes, I think, I'm sure it is. And I think in a democratic society, you are allowed, as a member of parliament to state that, and to prove it. So, the Aruban people are not very democratic at all. And they have to get used to these kind of talks I think.

VAN SUSTEREN: Now, do you back off your statement that Aruba is corrupt as hell? That is the first part of my question. And the second part is, was the investigation of Natalee Holloway corrupt as hell?

BRINKMAN: I must say that I'm 100 percent sure that both answers can be — answered with yes. The politicians here are very, very corrupt. Most of them they just joined politics to fill their own pockets. And actually, as it is already stated by the minister Crews, that he knows — he knew that the first 10 days of the investigation, they tried to slow down the investigation so that probably other things could go away, like they body of Natalee Holloway.

VAN SUSTEREN: Mr. Brinkman, can you make a promise to us, you won't give up in searching for answers and making sure there is a full investigation?

BRINKMAN: Well, I already stated a few weeks ago, with you. I am like a lion. If I had my grip on you, I will never let loose. I — I want the truth to come out. And I will do everything within the parliament and outside the parliament to obtain a good investigation of what happened. And I want to know happened three — almost four years ago with Natalee.

VAN SUSTEREN: Can you get a full and complete investigation and get someone other than the Aruban officials to do it? Get the Dutch officials in there, and basically clean house?

BRINKMAN: Yes. Actually, that is my political goal. I want a Dutch investigation of the first 10 days of the disappearance of Natalee. Why did the police — why didn't they do something, and why did they not do anything on the other kind of criminal parts. I want those answers. And I think there are a few people out there who know what has happened. Joran must have called someone, a few people what has happened. And I want those people. And I'm pretty sure about who I am referring to. I want those people to come out and just tell us what had happened.

VAN SUSTEREN: Well, Mr. Brinkman, your reputation is that you do not give up. So, you know, the Holloway's family is, I know, very grateful for what you have done. Thank you for joining us, Sir.

BRINKMAN: I'm at your service. Thank you.

VAN SUSTEREN: Thank you, Sir.

Mr. Hero Brinkman is a hero Dutch politican. He has obtained many valuable information from reading the ArubanBoycott blog. Brinkman has many American friends and supporters for backing the investigation of Aruba's corruptions in the Natalee case and money laudering for the potential terrorists. Hero is a leader in the Dutch parliament, and has the full support of the Dutch police and military officials.

Anonymous said...

From his confidential source, Hero knew some Aruban government officials were involved the coverup of the Natalee's rape and murder case. Joran was somehow related to the members of the royal family which has a stronghold on the island country. Hero had read the Dutch police investigation report which concluded Joran is the prime suspect.

Anonymous said...

Hero argues that the Arubans should treat the Joran's ego talk itself and his ongoing lies as they are a crime under the instruction of the Dutch law.

Anonymous said...

Well i gotta give the guy credit. He seems like he is trying to do the right thing.

Anonymous said...

The Dutch parliament said Hero doesn't need their certification instruction to investigate the Aruban goernment's corruption in the investigation of Natalee's rape and murder performed by Joran van der Sloot. The sooner, the better.

Anonymous said...

Hero is a very self-displined and responsible politician. He would not act alone, and will ally with Curacao and Saba to contain Aruba, and get the truth out about where Joran disposed Natalee's body. The new Natalee movie will help Hero's agenda in the upcoming Dutch parliament assembly. Hero will get more votes behind him in dealing with rouge state Aruba. Aruba is becoming more and more like a tumor threatening the life of the Kingdom. Hero is a new generation of bright Dutch leaders who love their Dutch Kingdom.

Hero is installing all new Joran Sex Scandal investigation strategy. He got the funding and the volunteers from Holland. His blackberry is updating the information on the corruptions of Aruba, minute by minute, grvel by gravel. Hero works with people, he has contacts with people outside the box of dirty politians.

Yes there is a lot of corruption in Aruba as well as in the Netherlands and in the United States.
But in Aruba we’ve got a bigger problem: we have for example politicians who will sell their soul, to stay forever “in this corrupt kingdom” of hell.
You can hear them everyday saying “tanten cu mi ta hulandes”(as long as I’m dutch), or “tanten cu nos ta den reino”(aslong as we’re in “the kingdom”)
So you all can sum it up:
As long as we have politicians and some other people ‘in the kingdom’ who think like that, there will be always a lot of corruption here in Aruba!
So it will not make any difference if someone prays for the “Rijks police” from the Netherlands to look into this investigation.
Did you know that Arubans do not have any other choice than to carry the dutch, Netherlands Passport and Nationality as if it were “theirs’”? But you can read on the last page of these passports: “This is the property of the State of the Netherlands”.
And did you know that Arubans cannot renounce neither ‘their’ Dutch passport nor ‘their’Dutch nationality?
Didn’t you know that?
Lets keep talking about corruption …. in this ‘kingdom’
Did you hear or read about the First Minister of the Netherlands blackmailing the First Minister of Aruba, if Aruba will try to press on having Aruba’s own Apellate Court?
Talking about corruption ….???

Hans Mos said the Prosecutor's Office are aware of the situation and it is a tragic case. By all means, the Natalee case has to be closed today to stop the Aruban Boycott which causes irrepairable damages to Aruba's tourism based economy.

Anonymous said...

What Hans Mos did has deepened the crisis between Aruba and Holland. Aruba is prepared to declare its own independece within a few weeks with backing of many Anti-Dutch and Anti-American countries. Aruba has turned the Natalee Case wickedly into a global political crisis, and profited from the tragic situations.

Anonymous said...

Hero said his primary priority is to prevent another Natalee Case attack on American tourists in Aruba. Aruba is lawless!

Anonymous said...

Hans Mos's action is a form of infantile nature of the Aruban Proscutors’ Office behavior, stemming from Karin Jensen. Hero said. You can close an unsolved murder crime, but that's something weird in the Kingdom. The Arubans think they can get away with the rape and murder, making some kind of bold statement with the missing American teenager Natalee Holloway, not appreciating that the Americans have been our friends and strongest ally of the Netherlands. That is absurd, and Hans Mos's action is an abuse, casting an negative light on all the good Dutch people.

Anonymous said...

The Dutch media said Natalee Holloway case is still an issue for Aruba and the Kingdom even though Hans Mos closed the case this week. It will become a great discomfort between Aruba, US and Netherlands for a long long time, and the suspicions of Aruba's coruptions and coverups will never go away.

Anonymous said...

Sixty-eight percent (68%) of American adults are strongly object to the Aruban government's Natalee Case closing down plan. The Arubans' action does not cut down the rape and murder crimes on their island, according to a new UNICEF Reports national telephone survey.

The Arubans are evenly divided over whether they would support Hans Mos's crime fighting package by allowing Joran van der Sloot go free and declare his innnocence. Thirty-nine percent (39%) favor Joran's ongoing lies which are good entertainment materials for the Aruban media, 31% are opposed, and the rest are undecided.

Anonymous said...

The Aruban governmemt finds the boycott is a blessing in disguise. The Arubans can send back all the unskilled Dutch immigrants to Holland, and still keep the money.

Anonymous said...

The Natalee Case that Hans Mos just closed might never have executed a single true investigation, according to the Dutch crimes analysts. It suggested that all the detailed police statements on record, now had been destroyed might have been an elaborate mirage in a 65 million dollars police fund abuse and fraud.

Thick mud and clouds hamper the Joran Sex Scandal investigation in Aruba. Hero doesn't understand how exactly does a "No Body, No Case" bring down the Natalee Holloway's rape and murder investigation in Aruba. He is ready to end the harsh corruptions in the Aruba Prosecutor's Office.

Hero's officials say 8 out of 10 Holland corporations have tax havens operating in Aruba. Hero strongly repeals big tax breaks for the Dutch central bank branches based in Aruba.

The destruction of the paper files of the Natalee Case is for conservation of govervorment warehouse space and paperless intiatives. There are electronic copies of the Natalee Case files.

Hero addresses to Dutch parliament that Aruba is a Den of Robbers. His management style as a Reformist may determine his success of pulling the Natalee Case out of the bite of Aruba's corrupted Dutch law system. recession, He commands his paralegal workers to sniff out all inconsistencies in the current Aruban criminal penal code, and the former coders. Hero suspects Paul van der Sloot hacked and modified the Dutch law code in secret when he was hired as a judge-in-training government contractor nine years ago, which results today the Aruba's economic, political and criminal crisis.

There are two ongoing criminal investigations about Aruba, informed by the Dutch and US government sources. These two criminal investigations are Joran Sex Scandal and the Natalee Case. With the Natalee Case closed, civil order weakening, joblessness rising, and Aruban government in trouble, Hero's office again warns Aruba is the time to come clean and to arrest Joran van der Sloot immediately. Joran is currently visiting his sick father Paulus in Aruba at secret location.

Anonymous said...

You know the real boss in Aruba is Paulus van der Sloot. He can act and have a tight control of Aruba in disguise. Under intense pressure, the breakaway Dutch colony Aruba perportedly plots to make a run for Veneszula and join Hugo Chavez as his protectorate island state. So Joran and Paulus are into something of treasons and conspiracies against the Kingdom. Hero is putting his iron choke on Aruba, and closely montoring those traitors.

Anonymous said...

Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez has just made his too familiar public statement about the reunification of the ABC islands of the Dutch West Indies (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaτao) with Venezuela. The Russian-Venezuelan joint naval warfare excercises are getting much closer to the northern shore of Aruba. Aruba is pondering this moment and this time to declare its own independence and break away from the Netherlands Dutch Kingdom. Just like Katrina Hurricane, Aruba can take advantage of the President Inaugulation Day when the US Government power is in transition. The Dutch naval forces and Marines are in full alert to counter the possible rebellion.

Anonymous said...

Arubans are wakening up early to watch the US President Inaugulation, they want to be a part of the history. Arubans are demanding prime minister Nelson Oduber, Prosecutor Hans Mos and Judge Rik Smid to resign from their posts today, and leaving the country of Aruban. The people of Aruba desire for a change and resposibilties of their own country just like the United States of America.

Anonymous said...

The Arubans know that Aruba is on the wrong side of history. Nelson Oduber clings to power through corruption and deceit. Gerald Dompig was silenced of his dissent on the coverups of Natalee Holloway's murder. The President has judged that the Aruban government is destroying the good wills of American people.

Anonymous said...

Nelson Oduber has thrown out the term limits in 2008, and he's ready for his fourth term in his2009 re-election bid just like Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. But the Aruban people are going to defeat him, and restore the justice for Natalee Holloway.

Anonymous said...

There is a question no longer needed to be asked. Joran van der Sloot is guilty as hell. The American people mean it, and will go after him. Hero agrees. Joran van der Sloot is resposible for all his lies and deceptions. Netherlands is undergoing the same changes as US did it yesterday

Nelson Oduber is the problem. He wants to split the Kingdom of Netherlands in half. The people of Netherlands discovered that Oduber is the traitor, and also Nelson Oduber is solely responsible for the corruption and coverup of Natalee Holloway's rape and murder which might involve the government officials.

Hero says since Aruba is no longer a country and under the Kingdom's jurisdiction. The Kingdom is a very strong ally of US. Her Majesty wouldn't mind the US retake the Natalee Case from Aruba and help to clean up the mess for Her Majesty. The problem is that Aruba has already and completely destroyed and erased the Natalee Case files from the government computers. There is nothing left for the US Prosecutor to work with, according to Hans Mos, the Aruba Prosecutor. Under the Aruba government directives, all the cold cases after 3 years have to be taken off the record to keep the crimes history statistics low to protect the tourism. Since Aruba is a crime-free paradise, the prejudice stands.

The Aruba Criminal Codes state the following,

Decision on whether or not to prosecute

192. If the public prosecutor considers on the basis of the police investigation that the suspect must be prosecuted, he takes the necessary action as quickly as possible (art. 207, para. 1). The Code codifies the expediency principle: the public prosecutor may decide not to prosecute for reasons connected with the public interest. The public prosecutor may attach conditions to such a decision and must take special account of the interests of the injured party (see art. 207, para. 2). For example, the condition may be an obligation to pay compensation or to repair what has been damaged.

What Hans Mos was saying the public interest is the Aruban tourism, and not the American tourists. And the injured party in this sense is also the Aruban tourism which is under the constant attacks from the Aruban Boycott Grassroot Movement. And, to repair what has been damaged, the Natalee Case has to be closed and erased from the Aruban government record.

Anonymous said...

Hero also says it is a very short-sighted childish thought by ignoring Aruba's criminal activities on the agenda of the new US diplomatic policy.

I know this is a difficult time in Aruba. I know it is dreaded to see scandal about corruption. However, it is out there and it won't go away unless a fair and accurate investigation is conducted.
Please look ahead and do the right thing. If anyone did wrong they cannot expect to be covered for it.
Natalee remains missing. Joran holds truths. It is time. He has had freedom for more days than he likely could have gotten if found guilty of criminal acts.
Please put tourism second in your thoughts in this matter of Natalee. Resolution here will bring your tourism back. But the chain of action must happen first.

Thank you to Rudy Croes for his admission and I hope he is brave, investigates, and gets support and help as needed.

Natalee is a loved child and she is missed. Lets try to get her home if it is possible.

Hero will retire all the corrupt judges in Aruba which include Rik Smid, Bob Wilt and Hans Mos. So the undoing of Natalee case just begins. And Joran van der Sloot has no place to hide.

The White Hot Winter Sale for Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa is very disappointing, the bookings fell below 35% in January, 2009. The new February Promotions will offer American travelers the opportunity to escape the winter cold and save up to 60% on the room credits used toward additional free amenites like aloe rum massage, beach seafood grill and sunset torchlight dinner. The high US unemployment and Joran Sex Scandal hit hard on the vanishing Aruba tourism. It's a very sad situation there.

Hero's advisor points it out. It's important for the Kingdom to send a message to the Dutch Antillies that there aren't two sets of rules — one for prominent people in Aruba to escape their jail sentences and one for ordinary folks in America who have to accept the Aruban injustice.
