LETTER TO ABC--GOOD MORNING AMERICA

This letter was sent to ABC this morning by blogger team member, Millicent.

We will NEVER give up and we WON'T go away. Keep a 'mental' (pun intended) note of that!

Dear Good Morning America:

I have lost all respect for Diane Sawyer today. She made the statement about new revelations in the Natalee Holloway case. I would like to know those revelations. Would you share, please? I am quite sure Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway would LOVE to ascertain these "new revelations" as well.

I am ashamed that GMA aired the piece giving "comfort and aid"---a definite positive "victim" spin to the Van der Sloot family while an American family is still grieving and searching for their daughter. How much did the van der Sloot pay GMA to air this piece? Perhaps, ABC is helping to line the pockets of Van der Sloot until his settlement is forthcoming from the Aruban government.

One could not help but notice that Mr. Van der Sloot blurted out "I don't think so" when asked the question if he son was involved in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, before he corrected himself. Is he related to John Kerry, perchance?

I noticed you did not ask the HARD questions. For starters, you did not ask Mr. Van der Sloot why he withdrew LARGE sums of money from an ATM--not once--but twice--the night Natalee went missing. And why he was arrested and held for lying about the conflicting stories he told about the time he picked up his son that night?

You did not ask Van der Sloot why he allowed and joined his son in gambling in the casinos on Aruba. You did not ask Anita why her son lied not once--but approximately 23 times--to the police--regarding Natalee's disappearance.

But, of course, you cannot ask these HARD questions now because you taped this interview LAST week. How convenient! The American people see right through this spin zone of lies from Aruba. This interview is just like all we have seen from the Van der Sloot thus far, minus sweating.

And perhaps, we’ll see “sweating” tomorrow. That is, if you ask a HARD question. After your segment today, I seriously doubt any HARD questions will be forth coming. GMA needs to be careful. Van der Sloot is suing everyone in sight! No body, no case. No audience/ratings, no GMA.

ABC is no different than MSNBC or FoxNews. In fact, they are better. Almost every night we are teased with Rita and Greta and their "breaking news in Aruba", though there is really no new "breaking" news at all.
And lets be honest - you say that the tough questions are not asked of Paulus - but when was the last time anyone asked Beth for proof of a statement - ie. Rape, druggings, confessions.

And all that just because the interview didn't go the way you wanted it to go...

Sad really!

Lots of people this morning thought Diane Sawyer was helping the rapist/murderer Joran van der Sloot to become the ABC poster boy for good ratings and profits. Where were the "new" revelations? All that were the same old same old lies and denials. Only now Diane is sweetening up all these lies by her toning voice. What for? How disgusting! Diane is an old oiled batch which makes ABC Evening News look more foolish night after night. Wish Peter Jenning is still the anchor. Peter will always ask pin-pointed questions, no oily stuff. Diane, you can forget about your VDS series now because you have not asked any of the serious questions about the disappearance of Natalee. You are not taking a missing American teenager in a foreign land seriously. Don't you care? Do you have any compassion? I guess not, not with your always the smiling morning after face. Forget it, Diane. No body is going to watch that show any more tomorrow because it is all lies. It will just get more people's blood boiling and feeling betrayed.

And TOMORROW I am going to make a note of every SPONSOR from every COMMERCIAL of Good Morning AMERICA and let those SPONSORS know what I think of an AMERICAN media they support with their ad revenue giving aid and comfort to a nation (as represented by the VDS) instead of asking the pertinent questions.

1. Only DNA on "letter from Natalee" was Paul's.
2. Referring to Natalee as a BODY within days of her missing.
3. Joran's long list of lies about that night.
4. Joran's lie about being at the Racquet Club the DAY AFTER.

I think the sponsors of GOOD MORNING AMERICA need to hear about the traitors who would reduce this to a little duel between two families instead of a missing AMERICAN girl feared MURDERED.

The Disney Holding Company was very displeased with the particular Good Morning series on the Natalee Story yesterday. When Paulus lied and denied about whatever he said about the infamous "No Body, No Crime" to his son Joran. Diane Sawyer should immediately sent out her rebutalal to counter PVDS's claim. ABS has the most extensive real time online video library to replay what Karin Jassen said about PVDS's wrong doing last June. Diane didn't and instead she just fudged the lies over the cake. Diane had compromised her Good Morning show. Her performance was totally unacceptable in the eyes of the American viewers. You never never sweetened up lies. The PVDS family are so hardened and motivated by ABC to tell more lies today sincerely from their hearts. Diane had made them all look so sincere and to speak all their lies as the truth from their heart. But the American audience can see through this deception authored by Diane. The big question is, Does Diane Sawyer do believe Joran is innocene? Diane needs to answer that particular question to the ABC fans at the end of her show today. People think her true answer will be most revealing.

The words floating around was ABC might just drop that GMA JVDS mini series, they got better things to do after the very successful Super Bowl Show in Detroit. ABC has revitalized the Mo Town, and GM needs more of ABC's magic adverising power to save the company. So no offense, they just move on, and pass over Aruba. Sounds like ABC's parent Disney is right, ABC and Aruba are not compatible after all.

Go ahead and list the sponsors on GMA. But don't forget - this was supposed to be a TRAVEL boycott. It is not supposed to be about boycotting the economy of those who choose to go there, or support the island.
This boycott was as effective as Mr. Flirt on FoxNews boycott of France. Say it with me now - Unsuccessful!

Only good thing about ABC interview was it re-openned our eyes to the corruption of this case.
