VAN DER SLOOT--CROOKED LAWYER WITH NO PRINCIPLES

Oh looky what we have here! Looks like Daddy Van Der Sloot's Curriculum Vitae is on the net...I found this a long time ago, but I thought it was funny to think of him as a lawyer OR a judge. He seems more like a dirty white collar criminal to me; either that or a professional conspirator.

The man, the myth, the legend...

Van Der Sloot, Persistent Lawyer with Principles

(Sounds like a commercial for a personal injury firm)

The lawyer Paul van der Sloot, that is detained in Aruba in the Natalee Holloway affair, is here mostly known for his 20-year-long fight against the building of a motorway around Boxtel.

Boxtel

Paul van der Sloot is indeed member of a brassband (oooh! We have a musician here!) and he goes all out during the carnival (does he do the chicken dance, too?), but in Aruba, he is mostly known as the serious lawyer for whom the principles of justice always and everywhere comes in first place. (He needs to go back to school to figure out the justice and principles part.) There was a huge disbelief in Aruba when he was arrested for his alleged involvement in disappearance of Natalee Holloway. (Disbelief that he got caught, maybe!)

Boxtel had experienced him as someone who would always persevere and had a thorough manner of working. Paul van der Sloot fought twenty years long (from 1973 until 1993) with local residents against the construction of a southern motorway, that had to go partly
over the estate of the Van der Sloot family. Paul van der Sloot stood his ground and fought civil servants and politicians that had proposed and produced the faulty plans for the new motorway in the Cousil of State. The motorway came eventually but it was not laid through the scenic valuable territory anymore but further away.

In his birthplace Boxtel, van der Sloot was criticized a lot because while he was fighting the developments of the new motorway, the dangerous traffic was still led trough Boxtel and this was causing accidents and consequently was costing the lives of many people. Van der Sloot was seen as a fault-finder that to prevent the motorway to be build on part of his land, was willing to sacrifice the lives of the youth who attended the schools in the vicinity of the local dangerous streets.
Van der Sloot said later on that the criticism hurt him deeply.. (Boo Hoo...got a tissue?)

Tilburg

Van der Sloot got his legal education at the University of Tilburg in the seventies. He co-founded the Legal Faculty Association Tilburg and also the faculty newspaper ‘Nondejure'. After he finished his studies he did not to work for the government, but assisted citizens that had conflicts with the government. It was in that period in Arnhem, where he met a woman Anita (teacher of Artistic Formation) and it was also there were Joran and Valentijn, two of his three sons, were born.

New job

In 1991 Paul van der Sloot thought it was the time for a new job and he found one in Aruba where he was appointed for five years as lawyer for the Aruban government. The ministers were not impressed (neither are the rest of us!) with his stance, "I always first try to find a compromise. By simply prosecuting nobody gets wiser. If the authorities do something wrong I will always admit that. (Talk about a hypocrite!) You must never interpret the facts differently then what they are. I am convinced that on the long run this will give better results", According to Van der Sloot in an interview ten years ago in the Brabants Nieuwsblad.

After a whi
le Van der Sloot got a different assigment: the government wanted him to only set up contracts. (Basically, they wanted him to be their little secretarial bitch...he was too much of a pain in their ass.) Van der Sloot considered going back to The Netherlands, but he liked the small scale of Aruba (which made it easier for his uncanny ability to control people and make money off them) and as it appeared ("appeared" is the operative word, here...) he had enough possibilities to continue with his career. He became cabinets leader for the public ministry and gave classes of Administrative Law at the local university.

Judge

Two years ago Van der Sloot got the opportunity to become a judge. With his background that meant that he had follow a training course of three years. During that training period, he was appointed as a substitute judge in the Antillean court. Van der Sloot completed the training period of a year in the Netherlands recently but he has not conducted a court hearing yet.

ALE hired Paul van der Sloot to write up documents for them asking the State Department to sent three MB kids to Aruba Superior court for further questioning. These three MB kids are considered new primary suspects because they said they had seen Natalee in the Holiday Inn that night. The three previous suspects: Joran, Deepak and Satish are no longer under any suspicions, they are clean and consistent with their stories. This is outragious. The ALE has been protecting these rapists and murderers since the beginning. Now, they are boldly to accuse the victim Natalee and all her friends with the help of Bachus and Cohen of the crime and disappearance. Lucky that the boycott is working so well, there is 80% drop in reservations for the hotel rooms in January as compared to last year. The dollars speak, the ATA is questioning the tactics used by the ALE, and is asking whether it makes more sense by just putting the three boys into the jail. ATA knows the judge's order is phony, is just another lie and excuse and deception. Judge Smid is an outside judge from another island, he has no real judicial power over the Aruban government. Smid serves as an consultant legal court adviser under the interpretaton of the Dutch Commonwealth Laws. The real juducial power still lies within the local native Aruban judges. ALE can re-arrest and re-question Joran, Deepak and Satish anytime they want to. Aruba is a Nation, and not a Dutch colony. The Curaco island is a Dutch Antillie Colony. Aruba has its own laws and constitution. They can even have their armed forces if they are willing to have a defense budget.

Good point. As a matter of fact, Holland has recently asked Aruba to come up with their own defense budget for their Own airspace defense and naval armed forces. Holland can no longer offer Aruba the free protections militarily.
Since Venezuela has longed for so many years to unit the island of Aruba with their main continent land mass for the strategic reason (building a submarine base), and Holland wants the petroleum oil from Venezuela through their
international Royal Dutch Shell Oil operatives. So there is a deal made beween these two covet countries Holland and Venezuela. Aruba is really not worth of much to Holland, so it was readily sold by Holland. Unless Aruba wants to
associate with United States for military protections against the attacks from Venezuela with some kind of political arrangements similar to that of the republic ofPuerto Rico, there is a great possibility that Aruba will be invaded and absorbed by Carvez Hugo within next year (An American Naval officer exposed the plot and was expelled by Carvez). Aruba will become a slave province to the mainland Venezuela country. The current Dutch Aruban officials
will be arrested and put into prison labor camps for political re-trainings and the criminal trials for their corruptions. The local Aruban natives will be liberated and sent to work at the open sea oil fields. Things are not looking good for Aruba at all.

I find this statement to be a total crock of shit.. Again as been stated Even by the ALE Natalee was not seen on any sercurity tapes returning to the hotel..The tapes were thourghly checked after the 2 young sercurity guards were arrested, beside Joran and the boys admitting to lying, it was the sercurity tapes that set them free..

Anyone else see something fishy here? This gives the names of two of his three sons ... well, wouldn't most anybody name "My Three Sons," as in the TV program?

(That was quite some time ago....)

What's up with the third son? Is he the bad apple of this family, the best of whom is rotten to the core?

Looking at that last photo of that bloated pig standing there makes me think of what Shakespeare said: "A dog's obeyed in office."

But it said that van der S. in the Netherlands gave assistance to private citizens having problems with the government. I might suggest that he do the same in Aruba; I remember that two security guards were falsely accused by his son and the Kalpoes, and on the basis of that accusation were imprisoned until American pressure got them released.

"A dog's obeyed in office...."

You bet your life. And you put it at risk if you go to Aruba....
