SILENCE BETH TWITTY? I DON'T THINK SO...

A VOICE THAT WILL NOT BE SILENCED

The voice of a determined mother who refuses to be silenced in regards to the perception of that a corrupt investigation is denying her precious daughter justice is the sole reason that the Natalee Holloway case was not deemed a closed case early on by the “powers that be” in Aruba. Beth Holloway Twitty is truly one amazing woman!

Beth Twitty:

“I met with Prime Minister Oduber. I don‘t care who you put the pressure on, where it comes from, but I want—you need to figure it out. You need to figure out who needs to apply the pressure and where it needs to be applied, because you have to solve this crime. I said, you do not want to turn me loose from this island without an answer.”

Beth Twitty:

“I have told Prime Minister Oduber that I will do this, I will be the voice of Natalee for the next 40 years. And I hope I have that long, because I will do it as long as I can.”

Beth Twitty:

“We will keep going back to Aruba over and over again. This is far from over. They know—they have the answers there on the island.”

Beth Twitty:

“I think it’s just the side that, you know, I—I will stop at nothing to get answers. There is nothing that I won’t do. There’s nowhere that I won’t go, and there’s nothing—I’m going to ask every question. I don’t care how painful it is. I will do it, because I’m not going to have any regrets.”

Beth Twitty:

“For the rest of my life, I will continue to be the voice for my daughter, seeking justice in Aruba. Every parent would want the same justice for their child.”

It seems that Beth has silenced herself for the past few months.

If you knew anything, Beth was on Greta the other night...she's writing a book about Natalee and what happened to her. Not to mention she travels all over the country speaking and promoting her non-profit organization Safe Travels Foundation.

Silence? What silence?

Lighten up Michelle. Beth hasn't been seen on cable news in awhile. She's silencing herself by not appearing. Her appearence on Greta's program was the first one in a long time.

I don't want to speak for Michelle, but what I got out of her comment is that Beth has far from silenced herself.

Cable news is certainly not the only place to make yourself heard.

She has been writing a book.

She has been speaking all over the country in schools.

Doesn't sound like she has silenced herself to me.

... and then there are her words that are derived from many past interviews - words that echo over and over again the truth regarding the corrupt Aruban investigation which has denied her daughter justice since day one. These words can be found in documents, read on pro-Natalee message boards and heard on the media.

The renewal of emotional, physical and spiritual strength may dictate time out periods in some areas but - Beth Twitty's voice will never be silenced until justice prevails.

For the most part Beth has silenced herself. Speaking at schools is a great thing. But it's to a limited audience. Her book is a non factor until it comes out. And since she has chosen not to do the Cable news shows. She has basically silenced herself.

I'm sorry you see it that way, anonymous.

Limited audience?

Those kids are the travelers of tomorrow. I'd say she's speaking to a very important audience.

Her book will bnever be a non-factor. Unlike cable news, where the average viewer will listen, and then move on to the next story with their host........most of which will simply be forgotten by the next day - published material is forever.

Natalee's story will now be permanently etched in the history of Aruba, America, and folks becoming more and more wary of traveling to small islands.

I believe Beth is taking a very targeted approach with her message - one that will ensure Natalee's tragedy will never be forgotten - and the island whose corrupt government tried their best to put their image in front of justice will always have a tainted name.

I know I will never forget - nor will I ever stop educating people about the REAL Aruba.
