The loophole that Hans Mos can use is to put Joran on as a witness based on DeVries secret recording of Joran's self confession. In Aruba law, the witness cannot lie about his own confession.
This is admissable as evidence in an Aruban court.
While ALE would need a court order to record Joran surreptitiously, DeVries does not.
The Prosecutor then only has to verify the authenticity of this evidence, and he can use it against Joran in an Aruban court of law.
Taco accused DeVries of using the nixonic tactics on Joran. The alleged confession is not waterproof. It is the new Tapegate
Uhhh loophole - do you really think Joran OBEYS Aruban law??
Being umemployed and unskilled, He is in his self-serving loop of lies and harsh realities. Joran will do anything and drugs, including confessions to get people's attention. Joran is on the edge becoming a high priced male prostitute in Amsterdam's gay sex market. So he can pay up Taco's legal bills. Natalee's body was cremated by him, he has no problem with that.
Hopefully we get all the scum. It's been to long in coming
