THE KALPOES VS. DR. PHIL-- WHAT'S GOING ON?

Any word on the lawsuit? I'm betting on NO WORD. Am I right? I realize all civil lawsuits that go into litigation can take a long time, but let's consider this case. It's not a simple situation. I am sure each attorney is throwing down motion after motion on all the different subject matter and procedural issues; jurisdictional issues such as Deepak not being a U.S. citizen, yet the interview takes place in Aruba, Jamie Skeeters, a defendant, is now deceased. As someone who used to work in civil litigation, I can promise you that all these things will delay and delay and delay...and I can see this case drag on for YEARS. UNLESS someone settles...and I would HOPE Dr. Phil would never do that! Assuming that doesn't happen, I would be very surprised if we hear anything anytime soon.

But remember this... it always must be on the backs of our minds...Deepak et al are trying to cash out on this cow, but WE CANNOT ALLOW IT!

This following video made me laugh out of my chair. While browsing the net I catch this old clip of Geraldo on Bill O'Reilly discussing the infamous Deepak/Skeeters tape. You all know my opinion in that regard, (Read HERE for an old interview I had with Beth regarding the "Skeeters Tapes") so I won't go on any tirade. I just find this video so comical not because of the content and what I believe to be the truth; but because of some of Geraldo's quotes.

You GOTTA watch this video:

Quote by Geraldo:

"Gerold Dompig, the CHIEF investigator told me MAN to MAN on the telephone last week just before the 23rd of November he told me on the phone that THEY have the original tapes, the FBI also has a copy and he swore to me that those tapes have been altered. Now who would alter them?"

Then in the next breath he states that they are probably lying because they've lied in the past and botched this case from day one.

But what Geraldo, you just said you trusted Dompig's word because it was "man to man"? Unbelievable! What if it Karin Janssen that told you that...would you believe her "woman to man?"

Geraldo, PLEASE remove your head from your ass. We need some common sense out there.

The Federal Prosecutors suspected that the Arubans are using the Dr. Phil lawsuit as a multibillion dollars money laundering scheme. The Dutch bank in NYC has been depositing many Aruban money orders into a news show syndicate to pay for the ads and services. When the lawsuit is settled out of the court, the 2K lawyers can help to collect the million US dollars settlement for the Aruban criminals. Before the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970, which was the first federal law passed to combat money laundering, criminals could walk into a bank with any amount of cash -- even stacks or bags of it -- with no questions asked. The act requires reporting of cash transactions of more than $10,000 in one transaction or in two or more related transactions. All the Aruban money orders are under $3,000. which escaped the detection until lately couple of the MO were bounced because of third party forgeries alerting the clearing houses and the Secret Service.

Yeah the lawsuit is just like an Aruban Aquar Grill sandwich: good in theory, bad in practice and taste. It's just what the 2K lawyers are getting. Because of the notorities and bad rap of the lies of Joran, the law firms, like Joe T. are losing some major clients. Those big top companies don't want to have anything to do with Aruba.

Dr. Phil's attorneys are thorugh and persitent. They apply a document quest strategy based on the world standard accepted practice. The lawsuit test multimedia suite contains an extensive set of tools to carve out flaws and weakness levels of the K2 money hungry lawsuit. Dr. Phils' lawyers sent out the legal colors, contrast bands and brightness levels to blind and disorientate the K2 Aruban lawyers. The Chicago law firm miscalculated the huge cost of disclosure documents delaying tactics and undermining of the US panel code. Their court fees and pending transaction charges are astrononical. Don't see how they can survive without surrendering 2K to the court soon for depositions. It becomes an extreme nightmare for the 2K lawyers. Meanwhile ATA is at the brink of bankruptcy, can no longer pay the Kalpoe brothers for their participations.

The rambling minds and words of the Dutch Aruban murder suspects constitute the greatest danger and failure to this multi milions lawsuit. The Aruban courts and prosecutors have to be very prudent in their decisions of denials to deliver Hague Convention police and prison documents to the US courts. The tensions run very high between two different legal systems. However, the Dutch counterpart is beginning to show their dishonesty and contempt of the World Court Hague Convention Convenience Rules, and are facing the World Global Justice Interpol condemnations.

Is it true that Aruba's minister of justice Rudy Croes does not even have a law degree?

Someone above said "Meanwhile ATA is at the brink of bankruptcy, can no longer pay the Kalpoe brothers for their participations."
My first impression is that it is wonderful news but upon further contemplation it is nearly impossible. The ATA gets it's money from a tax on room rentals and they are still renting rooms, though a few less than before.

I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised. And if he did, he probably got it at some local Amsterdam "community college"...a law school with no "accredation".

I mean Joran claims he is going to be some big business man and he can't even pass his Freshman year in college?

These people may be "street" smart, but they certainly aren't book smart.

ATA has to pay lots of back taxes back to the Oduber government to keep their payrolls floating. Sort of some kind of kick backs. You know how the Dutch system works. Plus their high risk loans are being computed based on daily compund intersts table. The Dutch are known loan sharks.

Most Dutch judicial staffing don't necessarily need to have law degrees based on the Napolean code traditions. Entirely depending on the Queen's favor on the entrance exams. That's the beauty of the Dutch law system. The law degrees in Dutch are mainly for academics, commercials and some professional interests. Like Ramm, he is making a living by translating court documents for the Aruban judges.

Queen Beatrix has an honorary law degree awarded by her alumni faculty so she can be made into a mother judge. She did not have to earn her law degree. Some rich Dutch lawyers do have some kind of law degress serving as their licenses to sell their services, like the Dutch surgeons in their health care abortion euthanasion industries. Dutch is a law free society. That's the problem for most other countries. But they insist their World Court is the best. That figures.

The Dutch liberalism of prostitutions and illegal drugs distribution networks have make the Dutch legal and law enforcement into an art of quackery. Pretentions and secrets of the Dutch judges that is.

I am curious as to how this can be true?
"ATA has to pay lots of back taxes back to the Oduber government to keep their payrolls floating. Sort of some kind of kick backs. You know how the Dutch system works."
I thought the ATA was a quasi-governmental agency. ...and no, I don't know "how the Dutch system works."

Please tell us more.

The employment tax collected for social welware and services programs, modeled after the US social programs.

Anonymous said...

The employment tax (including the prostitute tax) is locally kept by ATA for the fiscal year, instead of directly pours into the main Netherlands treasury pool. Only Aruba is allowed to do this tax withold from the Kingdom, no other Dutch Antilles islands can enjoy this privileges because Aruba is an independent state of the Netherlands Commonwealth. At the same time, Aruba can receive military aid money to train and arm their ALE forces serving the Coast Guard functions. It is a Dutch double dip thing intended to earn the loyalty of the Oduber government. The miltary money goes directly into Oduber's budget which was over 17 millions last year. The new police cars were bought with the military budget, as you can imagine. So Oduber holds the absolute power over the island nation just like Chavez.

The UN Secretary will stop funding the ISA in Aruba, and divert the money to help the school building improvements in Afganistan next year as per the new agreement.

The Netherlands is dismantling the Antilles and will meet with Curacao on August 27 essentially for the same purpose. St Maartin seems to be falling in line.

What is to happen to Aruba?

Anonymous said...

The Queen will tighten her reign of the West Indies by appointing her oldest son to be King of Aruba, second oldest son King of Curacao and her youngest son King of St Maartin.

Anonymous said...

The Queen is healthy, and the Parliament members are weak and incompetent. She will rule forever. The Queen might disband the Parliment and revive Netherlands as a true modern superpower Empire. Ramm once mentioned that possibility in comparison with Natalee's disappearance by the three murder suspects. The Queen has three sons. So the new modern evil European Empire is possible.

I'm not at all sure we have this nailed down.
For the Queen to name her eldest as King of Aruba (he would have to supplant Joran, LOL) she must not care for him very much. Without a standing army why would he even agree to such a post?

It was Oduber's intention to intensify the Anti Queen campaign by withholding tax payments, but a clash between KLPD and ALE at Marriot Beach led to the death of 4 policemen 2 commisioners and 2 judges who tried to intervene. The riot caused Oduber to resign from his minister post and cabinet altogether. This was not popular with his followers and the Queen took advantage of this and had him arrested and sentenced to six years imprisonment on a charge of spreading disaffection.

Anonymous, can you back up what you are saying?

Who are the 4 policemen 2 commissioners and 2 judges who tried to intervene?

This is to the jackass that keeps writing stupid posts. I WON'T POST THEM, so don't waste your time. If you have something valid to write and not something blatantly outrageous and stupid, then you can be included in the discussion.

At first I found these amusing, but now they are rather tiresome, annoying and childish (and that's putting it lightly...)

Remember the line from the Incredible Hulk: "Mr. McGee, don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry.."

Same thing here.

Agreed.

The farce of an investigation is outrageous enough.

That alone should generate enough discussion.

And THAT actually happened!

Thank you Michelle. I was also finding these posts quite bothersome
